Simply horrible service. In fact, there is no service at all. Those who travel and don't pay cheap want the minimum of comfort, however in this place they don't even have napkins, cutlery or glasses. Now tell me who travels to an inn and is going to take cutlery, glasses, napkins?! Breakfast was advised that it was not served, but not even the basics were available. The bath towels were all old and torn. There were spider webs in the bathroom. Under the bed was pure dirt. The sheets were old and had holes…the blanket was one that is usually bought in large quantities for donation. In short, the location is good, but it stops there. We called a couple of friends who were also extremely disappointed.

Bela vista Hotel simples com uma vista maravilhosa e uma boa piscina. O acesso é feito por uma ladeira bem íngreme. Prepare-se. Próximo a algumas praias e a Rua das Pedras. O sistema de água quente não deu conta. O café da manhã é opcional. A limpeza do quarto funcionou bem.

A pousada é ok. Porém o wi-fi é ruim, precisa subir um morro bem grande para chegar nela. E ficamos uma noite sem energia eletrica.

O melhor que ja fui em Búzios. Excelente. A proposta do hotel é possuir um bom custo benefício, então não espere chegar la e ter suporte/portaria 24h. O check-in só é feito as 14h, pode chegar antes, tem estacionamento e pode ficar nas dependencias do hotel, que por sinal possui uma otima piscina com uma vista fantastica de búzios. -Limpeza excelente. -Quarto com tudo que se necessita. -Localização excelente. -Cafe da manha é pago a parte caso queira(pelo menos no pacote que contratei) E no final do check-out so colocar a chave do quarto dentro de uma caixinha as 12h. Pretendo voltar!
