Simply horrible service. In fact, there is no service at all. Those who travel and don't pay cheap want the minimum of comfort, however in this place they don't even have napkins, cutlery or glasses. Now tell me who travels to an inn and is going to take cutlery, glasses, napkins?! Breakfast was advised that it was not served, but not even the basics were available. The bath towels were all old and torn. There were spider webs in the bathroom. Under the bed was pure dirt. The sheets were old and had holes…the blanket was one that is usually bought in large quantities for donation. In short, the location is good, but it stops there.
We called a couple of friends who were also extremely disappointed.

A TV do quarto ligou, mas os canais não funcionaram, não tem telefone para falar com a recepção, café da manhã caro e ruim, conclusão o serviço da pousada é péssimo, A localização é boa, mas a pousada está mal conservada, maltratada, não é nenhum pouco aconchegante.

Reservamos un servicio con desayuno y era una bandeja tipo la de los micros. El estado de abandono de TODO EL LUGAR es notorio. Las piezas apenas iluminadas, las sábanas ajustables eras sábanas comunes de arriba y no cubrían el colchón. No hay un lugar para estar, salvo al aire libre al costado de la pileta porque la galería la cierran de noche hasta las 14 hs del otro día. El agua de la pileta estaba verde y en la corta estadía no vimos a nadie hacerle algún mantenimiento. Hay un pequeño cuarto que le dicen "sala de espera" con un microondas con una jarra para calentar el agua. El "encargado" una persona desganada sin intención de colaborar en nada. Nos manifestó que el dueño no tenía ganas de brindar ningún servicio solo habitaciones. Pasamos una noche y nos fuimos. NADA PARA RECOMENDAR.

Primeiramente não posso deixa de falar do Sr JONAS, ótimo anfitrião, ótimo e educado funcionário, parabéns pelo excelente funcionário. A pousada é maravilhosa e eu minha esposa e nossos filhos amaram, tudo perfeito, quarto muito bem presevadoe muito aconchegante, área de lazer muito bom com piscina e salão de jogos, com certeza irei se hospedar novamente no futuro próximo quando voltar para Búzios. Obrigado barlavento.

Pleno domingo estavam lixando e pintando madeiras e falando alto próximo a recepção e os quartos, atrapalhando o sono de quem pagou...

Bom custo benefício
A localização da pousada é muito boa, tem uma vista bonita, poderiam voltar a investir no café da manhã pois tem um espaço maravilhoso que não é aproveitado. Até tem a opção de um café que custa 30 reais por pessoa e vem numa bandeja, mas achei bem fraquinho e nem quis. O atendente Jonas é muito simpático e nos recebeu super bem. Esqueceram de montar a cama do meu filho, fui pedir para ele um travesseiro e mais uma coberta ele foi prontamente buscar comigo (não era obrigação dele, a responsável pela arrumação do quarto que esqueceu). Em custo benefício vale muito a pena ficar na pousada.

Excelência em atendimento.
Como sempre foi uma estadia incrível, começando pelo atendimento impecável feito pelo recepcionista Jonas, uma pessoa pessoa super atenciosa. Outro ponto possitivo é a vista deslumbrante da piscina, por fim a flexibilização de check out onde podemos usar as dependências mesmo após realizar. Obrigado Barlavento por mais um final de semana incrível que passei com minha Família!
