During our three-night stay, we were unable to take showers in our room for two days straight. The guests in the room next to ours were also facing the same issue. Despite bringing this to the attention of the staff, we did not receive any assistance to resolve the problem. Moreover, when we requested a partial refund due to the inconvenience, our request was rejected.

No he visitado la pousada, pero esta es mi experiencia. Hice una reserva en mayo con cancelación gratuita para septiembre del 2022. A los 3 dias la posada ya habia cargado el total del monto de la estadia a mi tarjeta. Por razones personales tuve que cancelar la reserva y la pousada me contesto que van a tardar 60 dias en devolverme mi dinero. Una verguenza, son bien rapidos en cobrar pero lentos en devolver, juegan con tu dinero. No la recomiendo.

Fiz um cancelamento pelo Booking, dentro do prazo para que o cancelamento fosse gratuito, mas a pousada mesmo assim fez a cobrança. Ou seja, não são confiáveis. Já fiz a solicitação de reembolso, mas até agora não obtive uma resposta. Ou seja, o lugar não é confiável. Cuidado!

A estrutura da pousada é até razoável, mas a dona e filha são extremamente mal educadas e desleais ao não nos informar que a pousada estaria em reforma no período de nossa estadia. No último dia até solicitamos para pararem um pouco às 16:30 para descansarmos o que foi negado. Ofertaram trocar de quarto, mas que o barulho continuaria assim mesmo. Pelo preço que ofertam tem outras pousadas de mesmo padrão com atendimento muito mais honesto.

Boa localização
A pousada é muito bem localizada, limpa e funcionários educados. Me hospedei somente um dia, para complementar uma diária no feriado, fiquei no último quarto diaponivel, o apto 2. O banheiro havia sido reformado, mas o quarto não possui nenhuma vista, apesar de ter uma varanda improvisada e como fica no térreo e próximo à recepção, se ouve as conversas dos outros hóspedes. Não voltaria a me hospedar nesse quarto, mas a pousada é boa e tem um bom café da manhã.

Amei a pousada!!
Foi uma estadia incrível! Ficamos impressionados com a estrutura da pousada, tudo muito limpo, quarto com varanda com um espaço maravilhoso!!! Com certeza voltarei a me hospedar por la quando voltar à Búzios!
