Recepção excelente, staff simpático, solícito e atencioso. Estacionamento privativo e gratuito, nenhuma preocupação com isso. No salão de refeições, a mesma cordialidade, destaque para a Grazy, sempre com um sorriso e a satisfação em atender os hóspedes. A estrutura do Villa Rasa é excelente, quase que completamente plana, facilitando a mobilidade dos mais idosos, como é o meu caso. O acesso à praia se dá pela descida de meia dúzia de degraus, com pontos de apoio. A própria praia, fazendo jus ao nome, apresenta um aprofundamento nas águas suave e gradativo. Nossa terceira vez no hotel e não temos o que reclamar. O hotel é simplesmente incrível assim como seus colaboradores e instalações. Todos os colaboradores são muito atenciosos e prestativos. Nossa única observação fica para a piscina do prédio anexo que precisa de atenção em relação a limpeza. O café da manhã e o serviço de limpeza dos quartos/hotel são impecáveis.

Decepção na Pousada Villa Rasa
Os dois quartos que reservei(categoria superior)foram decepcionantes em relação ao esperado, e ao restante da Pousada. O lugar é bonito e bem cuidado. Funcionários atenciosos.Os quartos que ficamos estão em uma passagem e assim escutamos conversas de hóspedes e funcionários desde cedo. Alem dos banheiros serem mau cheirosos e precisarem de manutenção, o frigobar e o local onde ficam os itens de alimentação, no quarto 8, estão dentro dele! Senti falta de secador de cabelo, de tomadas no quarto e dificuldade para trancar a janela. Enfim, a Pousada Villa Rasa não pode ser classificada de fantastica. Uma pena…

Obrigada!
O atendimento é ´muito bom, o café da manhã é bem diversificado.
Ficamos desapontados em alugar uma acomodação com banheira, pagar mais caro e quando fomos usar, apenas a água quente, fervendo, funcionava, não aproveitamos, como já era na véspera de virmos embora e de noite, não tinha como chamar a manutenção.
Obrigada pelo atendimento do Restaurante, super atenciosos!

Mto bom, mas pode melhorar!
Localização excelente, em frente a praia, café da manhã muito saboroso. Única reclamação que tenho, foi que só havia um atendente na recepção no check-in e ninguem me apresentou a pousada. Fiquei la por 4 dias e somente no último, descobri que havia sauna e uma sala de atividades.

Excelente Pousada
Pousada incrível!! Pé na areia !! Vista incrível! Lugar maravilhoso!! Funcionários atenciosos !! Só tivemos um imprevisto na tarde/noite com falta de água no segundo dia de estadia (suite13 vista mar) houve um problema na caixa d’água e não teve vazão para água no chuveiro , ficamos no pinga pinga , mas logo a equipe de manutenção foi acionada e resolvido !! No check out haviam lançamentos do restaurante que não foram nossos , o funcionário prontamente corrigiu, prestar sempre atenção na hora do check out , ter um controle melhor dos consumos no restaurante!! Mas , no geral, nossa estadia foi ótima !! Voltaremos em breve , com certeza !! Super recomendo !!

Excellent hotel for couples, familes
Excellent hotel with 2 pools, a spa and restaurant. Breakfast and food options are great. English speaking staff as well which made me feel very welcome. Hotel also has its own private acces to a small beach which is brilliant if you want escape the busier beaches in the area
