Excellent service! The air conditioning was making a noise and they promptly replaced the equipment and even sent a selection of complimentary fruits to apologize for the inconvenience! They are very attentive! The hotel structure is very good! The bath amenities are from Boticário!

Ficamos num loft para 5 pessoas. O hotel é muito bonito, área verde, bela piscina e alguns brinquedos para crianças. O loft tem o diferencial da Jacuzzi na área externa, foi excelente ! Café da manhã bom, atendimento bom, massagem excelente ! Adoramos a experiência e planejamos repetir no futuro. Serviço de praia tb excelente com cadeiras, guarda-sóis e drinks ! Como pontos a melhorar e já comentado em outras avaliações, o piso de tacos de madeira precisa de manutenção, tanto na área da piscina quanto nos quartos. Mas nada que afetasse a experiência

Awful the worst experience ever so not book to go here the room was not secure, shower windows would not close as too the balcony doors, rusty, old and awful.it was in the worse location not near any shops, restaurants, or bars and had to taxi into town twice a day
