Segunda vez no Ferradura Resort, graças ao ótimo atendimento, ótima estrutra de quarto/hotel e ótima atenção ao nosso pet. Voltamos menos de 1 ano da nossa primera estadia, em Junho/24, e o hotel continua muito bom para você que tem pet e para quem tem criança. O café da manhã continua excelente, a limpeza do hotel e dos quartos seguem excepcionais também. Quanto ao atendimento, sentimos diferença em relação a nossa primeira estadia, achamos a equipe muito diferente, não encontramos nenhum dos atendentes da primeira vez, que eram mais cordiais, desde a recepção até piscina e café. Nada que desabone, o atendimento continua muito bom, mas não foi tão TOP quando da primeira vez. O Ferradura Resort segue sendo nossa opção preferida em Buzios para nos hospedarmos com o nosso filho de 4 patas.
