Não é a primeira vez que fico nesse hotel, dessa vez fiz minha reserva pela trip minha diária estava com a data errada.
Por parte do hotel, gerência, recepção, chefe de cozinha… equipe geral. Toda a situação ficou amena e acolhida por eles, mais uma vez me senti perfeitamente acolhida com a hospitalidade deles. Vir em Búzios e não passar pelo Greco não faz muito sentido pra mim!
Ambiente, higiene, atendimento, equipe de bar, cozinha, gerência. O tenho que agradecer!

Hotel muito bom ,más me colocaram em um quarto aonde existía uma obra ao lado...
Deveriam inutilizar estés quartos ,pois o barulho e desumano...

The hotel is incredible, it only lacked two items that were not in the room, mirrors and a place to leave beach clothes to dry, in the absence of sun everything is in the bathroom with no place to hang the clothes. And essential mirror in the room and there was none. But anyway. The rest left me dazzled with everything. Service, coffee. The hotel is very wonderful. We will be back.

Hotel muito bonito, piscina bem grande, café da manhã com inúmeras opções, o quarto com uma decoração belíssima, funcionários muito educados e prestativos... O hotel fica bem próximo da Rua das Pedras. E para minha surpresa ainda ganhamos uma taça de espumante na chegada.

Excelente estrutura… atendimento sensacional. O café da manhã é espetacular!! A vista do hotel é maravilhosa. A localização é perfeita.. Quarto muito espaçoso.. o chuveiro do banheiro é sensacional.. único ponto a desejar, foi a piscina que não estava aquecida, devido a um problema no aquecedor e o Wi-Fi nos quartos era bem ruim o sinal.

O banheiro é péssimo. Em vez de papel higiênico ele oferecem umas toalhas de papel super finas e desconfortáveis. Durante todos os dias a água do chuveiro não mantinha uma temperatura constante por mais de 03 minutos, ia do muito quente para muito fria muito rapidamente. A descarga também precisava ser acionada 03 vezes para funcionar. O café da manhã é servido em um local pequeno e tumultuado. A comida é apenas razoável e parece mais um hotel 2 estrelas. O meu quarto estava cheio de formigas por toda a bancada abaixo da TV. O banheiro da área da piscina estava sempre sujo e mal cheiroso. Eu tive um problema no check-in que é uma longa história onde me fizeram pagar R$ 2.031,92 a mais para substituir um berço (que eu não pedi) por uma cama (que eu já tinha reservado e pago). Sobre esse problema eu irei recorrer à justiça para ser ressarcido. Os funcionários foram sempre simpáticos e prestativos, com exceção da gerencia. A localização é boa.

Todo perfecto! Hay muchos escalones, no es apto para alguien con movilidad reducida. El lugar es hermoso y el personal muy servicial. La comida del hotel es muy rica, el desayuno está muy bien. El hotel da a la praia brava y se puede ir caminando al centro, serán unas 8 cuadras. El auto se puede dejar en el estacionamiento del hotel o en la cuadra del hotel y ellos se encargan de acomodarlo.

Hotel is located next to the best best beach in Buzios Brava beach.Its a bit of climb to get back, however its due to area geographical specific. Amazing panoramic views. Delicious food and very polite personnel. Not easy on elderly people because of the steps towards the rooms, however worthy the effort

Café maravilhoso completo, quartos lindos, piscina maravilhosa, Vista perfeita pro mar. Praia brava fica pertinho do hotel da pra ir caminhando 2 min até lá, único parte triste é ter que vim embora, da vontade de morar lá, funcionários sempre solícitos e serviço de quarto maravilhoso.
