Hotel muito bem localizado, vista maravilhosa, em frente a praia de Joao Fernandinho é só atravessar a rua; limpo, tudo funcionando perfeitamente, instalações antigas; café da manhã satisfatório e trivial, quem gosta de degustar um delicioso café da manhã de hotel, se decepcionará( sucos artificiais,bolos mais ou menos, pouca variedade); funcionários atenciosos e capacitados nas suas tarefas.
Voltaria com certeza.

A bit under maintained, requires renovation, especially showers , it has mould and ants. The breakfast is ok. Nice views of sunset and sunset ocean. Be mindful that there are two hotels Park and Galapagos, they are slightly different in terms of quality.

Estadia Péssima. De longe o pior hotel que me hospedei em 10 anos que vou para Búzios. Hóspedes fazem o que querem. Não tem organização nenhuma. Crianças correndo no corredor dos quartos durante o dia inteiro. Em dia de jogo, hóspede gritando na sacada e nenhum funcionário fez absolutamente nada. São permissivos com absolutamente tudo. Fui reclamar do barulho e da bagunça e disseram que não localizaram os apartamentos. Insinuando inclusive que eu estava mentindo. Não passo nem mais perto desse local. Hotel ficou com luz caindo durante um dia inteiro. Tv sai do ar o tempo todo. Luz do quarto com defeito. Descarga do quarto com defeito. E detalhe: paguei pelo melhor quarto. Enfim.. Não recomendo pra ninguém.

A localização é muito boa, a nota foi dada em função do quarto, que ficava embaixo do restaurante, onde arrastam cadeiras até tarde da noite e logo cedo pela manhã. Ao solicitar na recepção a troca de apartamento, a primeira pessoa que me atendeu não deu atenção, mas quando falei com o gerente, prontamente o problema foi resolvido, afinal ficariamos 4 dias.
Pelo valor cobrado o café da manhã deveria ser mais variado.
