La localidad de Buzios ya es un paraíso y este Hotel su mejor complemento. Nuestra estancia ha sido fabulosa por el entorno, por las instalaciones que lo hacen cómodo y acogedor, y sobre todo por las personas que lo atienden y cuidan hasta el más mínimo detalle. El hotel tiene salida directa a la playa, la piscina el agua templada, un restaurante donde todo está muy bueno y habitaciones amplias y cómodas con cama muy confortable y desde donde se oye el mar. El desayuno fantástico, saludable, diverso y cuidado. Todos los trabajadores del hotel nos han hecho sentir como en casa sin escatimar en atenciones y detalles, pero debemos destacar la atención agradable y sonriente de Leticia, los estupendos cocteles de Cristian (te esperamos en España!) y como no, la amabilidad, cuidado y atención de la encantadora Cyntia. Nuestra estancia en el Hotel Pousada Raphael ha hecho que nuestras vacaciones hayan estado repletas de paz, tranquilidad y energía positiva.

We went off the back of a business trip in Rio and had the best time at Villa Raphael. This boutique hotel is beautiful inside and out and offers the best of both worlds as is a haven of peace and tranquility in beautiful surroundings. But then you go down a few steps and are on a beautiful beach with stunning views. Nothing was too much for the staff at this beautiful hotel, they really went out of their way to make it a wonderful stay. The breakfast was plentiful and so was enough for both breakfast and lunch. We loved the decoration of the hotel, and we had a beautiful room with a view over the ocean. Highly recommend this hotel especially if you want a break from the hustle and bustle of Rio de Janeiro. This hotel is a little bit of paradise and highly recommend it. We could not fault it in anyway. We will be back

Excelente atendimento e acomodação. Viemos de última hora e fomos prontamente recebidos pela Cinthia e todo o time. Nos fizeram sentir de fato num hotel 5 estrelas. O acesso a praia é o ponto forte, além da culinária sem defeitos. Recomendo!

Excelente alojamiento. Los ambientes luminosos, bien decorados, en perfecto estado , muy limpios. La atencion muy amable por todos y todas. La comida 10 puntos, desayuno, almuerzo, cena. Frente al mar con toda la comodidad que eso implica. Muy recomendable.
