Ended up staying here five nights with three reservations and the hotel was able to keep us in the same room the entire time and housekeeping came on request. Bed was decent enough, didn’t care for the textured comforter. A few marks and scuffs on the sheets. Shower pressure was okay could’ve been better, Wi-Fi was good. It’s a shame they don’t offer complementary breakfast or have an outdoor swimming pool - it’s only indoor.

Hotel staff nice, friendly and helpful. Overall, the Hotel was clean and nice and so was our room. Housekeeping forgot to refill toilet paper though. Did have plenty of towels! Location was Great & Centralized; everything was close by. Would stay there again.

It had wonderful staff and the food wasn't bad. I enjoyed breakfast wish the buffet was bigger. And the $25 per night security deposit wasnt bad

Location is perfect! Only complaint is the lack of adequate lighting in the room. Why have a desk with no light? But I will return and bring a lamp. Lol

Nice hotel. I did get charged for using a bottle of water for the coffee machine though.

It was nice and clean HOWEVERRRR, the beds were brick hard, our refrigerator went out and spoiled all of our food and snacks, they didnt offer any type of compensation. The fire alarm went off at 3AM, waking up the entire hotel, and all we got was "false alarm, sorry folks" no explanation of why. The breakfast was not included (13$ a person) and when we sat the bar for 10 minutes waiting on service, just to to hunt someone down to tell them wed like to order drknks after not one, BUT TWO employees walked past us not saying a word. The hotel was nice, but the service, and the staff were horrible. I travel to Fort Worth often and my spouse is a Hilton member, we dont mind spending $200 a night for a nice hotel, but the service should match. We will not be using this hotel or Hilton again. Horrible service.
