I emailed the hotel twice stating that I must have a handicapped room downstairs. I had to carry my 3 bags, cooler and my 2 ECV Batteries to my room on the second floor. Had I not already paid for the room I would have left, but I felt trapped with no option but to stay, My wife had to walk up the stairs and that was not good she uses a walker and could not at this location. The room was ok but the furnishings were tattered, the chair that I am sitting in is about to break. I demand compensation for this. All the girl at the desk could say was I am sorry we are full and next time call us....unacceptable There probably will not be a "next time" I need to know how this is going to be made right to me. My wife and I am barely able to walk up stairs and she can not carry anything meaning that I had to bring everything up by myself.
