I was released from the hospital that day from having deep pelvic reconstruction and we got a uber there w my service dog and my husbands dog we called ahead to make sure there were rooms available and the price it was almost 1 am so couldn’t book online so I sat at end of building waiting for my husband to get the room with our animals he came out said the got wanted to see how our dogs acted so three times the gentleman came out from other end of building and I told my husband go get the room he seen them well he went back into hotel to get the room and the gentleman begging front desk told him have a seat he’d be right back so he comes out of the end in sitting at stands behind me folks his arms over each other and it startled me he takes off running and my husbands dog go after him needless to say dragging me and my service animal with her over curbs through half the parking lot and it’s all on surveillance camera so I contacted choice hotels because due to the situation I had to go back to hospital and have things redone and stitches replaced and a blood transfusion but I made a complaint w choice who says it can take however long for investigation and and to contact the hotel for the number to the legal department which rode way I’m refuses to give me. My advice don’t do it
