I feel like there are several courtyards that need an upgrade and this would be one of them. We paid for the balcony room because it was like $1 more than the regular room. It was too humid to sit on the balcony and the view wasn’t all that amazing but it was nice. My complaint with the balcony room is you have a lot of unused space in the room that could be occupied with another chair or maybe a couch. The room was nice enough, nothing exciting. I also believe that the courtyards need to upgrade their tv’s because they are very small and it’s hard for everyone in the room to see it. What made this hotel so great was the staff. The guy when we were checking out, and I apologize because I didn’t catch his name, was so friendly and welcoming. He got us some coffee because the pot was out and he made conversation and just made the experience so great.

Great location, great staff. AC worked great, plenty of hot water and water pressure. Relaxing place to stay centrally located with every restaurant you could think of nearby. The lobby is good for computer work or just relaxing with a drink. Will visit again.

None of staff even cared about anything at this hotel. water on floor by ice machine which I nearly slipped on. Clerk at check in and out was busy gossiping with another worker or maybe someone who was staying at hotel (maybe??) my whole experience was not what I expect from Marriott.

The room had only one chair and no table to eat at. The Bistro was awful. The beds are still the most comfortable. Roxanne the desk clerk was very nice funny and attentive .
