check in was simple, front desk was very nice, they had free breakfast, great hotel for price i would only do an overnight stay close to highway and very clos to Rosemont all state center for concerts, no problems at all Bed was super soft!!

The hotel is in the process of renovation and everything is a mess. Avoid staying this hotel for this period

What a miserable experience we had. The hotel is refurbishing their rooms, we had to change our room three times in four nights. The first night when I turned on the water in the sink the water went all over the floor, the pipe was not hooked up! We ended up having to move all of our stuff. The next day we had to move because that floor was going to be under construction. When we moved and after a long day, when we got to our new room, the TV didn't work and the AC unit didn't work. So we moved again. In the bathroom the wall-mounted hairdryer had not been installed, it was loose fell off the counter when used. Also, we ended up going to the grocery store for breakfast items because the breakfast was so poor. The night staff was very helpful taking care of us but the attention to detail during their renovation was horrible. We understand that numerous customers were complaining to the front deck.

I've stayed at this hotel in the past and it was awesome. It's still pretty decent. Price is very fair, room clean. Breakfast was horrible. A few changes would make this hotel an awesome place. The location is great!

Pleasant staff and nice lobby. Guest room closet doors and art above desk were filthy. Broken diffuser on AC unit. No lock on the in room safe, so it was not usable. No hair dryer. Breakfast… meh. Bed was comfortable, and the location is good, but the fact that the cleaners didn’t notice the clearly gross closet doors make me wonder what else they aren’t properly cleaning. Unless you’re desperate, I’d go elsewhere.
