Worst hotel experience ever.Clerk was for lack of a bettervword absolute #ss .Best part of my stay was walking right back out the door.Do businesses still depend on customers to keep the doors open or did I miss something and now doesn't matter if u treat them disrespectfully ?

While we understand the importance of comfort for all our guests, the specific room type you were seeking—a 2-bed kitchenette suite with ADA features—is not available at our property. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this caused. As for the dishwasher, our maintenance team confirmed it was fully functional and made multiple attempts to demonstrate its operation. The front desk agent did their best to accommodate your situation, including offering a discount on your nightly rate as a gesture of goodwill.
