The room was clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and check-in was smooth.
However, note that there is no shuttle service to DCA Airport, and the hotel is not within walking distance to any Metro station. This makes it a bit inconvenient for travelers without a car, as you’ll likely need to rely on Uber or Lyft for transportation.
Despite that, it’s a quiet and safe area, and the amenities make it a decent budget-friendly option for those who don’t mind app-based transport or have your own transportation.

It's a pretty good restaurant. It has breakfast. It has free parking and is very close to the highway. It's not too far to go to DC. Good location close to dc

The hotel I booked for the tour guide has free parking, which meets the standards of a budget hotel. The facilities are OK, the location is good, and it is convenient. The attitude of the front desk staff is also good. I have booked this hotel several times.

My stay was enjoyable. The staff was very professional and accommodating. The food was excellent, enjoyed the breakfast. The facility was clean and comfortable. They came in and cleaned the room every day.

To beging with they booked us to Hotel Pentagon and not Confort Inn Pentagon City Hotel, they’re both really close but not the same !!! Imagine after driving for 15 hours get to your hotel and not having a reservation, had to call and talk for ours and after a long time I guessed we were in the wrong hotel!!! But the confirmation email was very clear about the name!!! They got it mixed up, it was a ridiculous and disappointing experience, funny part is we still got charged for Confort Inn fares which are higher than the one we actually ended up staying in

Tomar en cuenta que íbamos en auto, ya que el Hotel se encuentra a unos 20 minutos, en promedio según el tráfico, de la Ciudad de Washington ● Lo que me gustó: Nuestra estancia fue agradable y sin inconvenientes. Las camas, aunque algo incómodas, permitieron dormir bien. La habitación que nos asignaron estaba en el 3er. Nivel y contaba con refrigerador y horno de microondas, lo cual fué un plus. El desayuno completo y variado: Salchichas, tocino, papas, cereales, leche tanto descremada como entera, variedad de jugos, yogur, wafles, pan, café y té, entre otros alimentos. Hay café y Té disponible 24 horas en el lobby. Hay parqueo gratuito y amplio. No muchos lugares alrededor para visitar, aunque manejando unos 10-15 minutos, hay varios centros comerciales de conveniencia. ● Lo que NO me gustó: El Hotel pide ya una restauración. Las alfombras y cortinas lucían sucias. Había un poco de moho en la ducha, no preocupante, pero que debe ser considerado de ser limpiado adecuadamente. El A/C muy antiguo y ruidoso, pero no tanto como para no poder dormir bien. 0 empatía de parte del Personal en el comedor. Es preferible llegar temprano a desayunar, ya que después de las 8:00 a.m., ya no abastecen de alimentos de una manera adecuada y los basureros se encontraban llenos, haciendo difícil deshechar los platos, cubiertos y vasos.
