Convenient location, close enough to metro station. Very fast internet. $20 per day for parking.

Disappointing Experience – Unhelpful Staff and Poor Service
The staff at this hotel were generally unhelpful. Whenever I asked for assistance, the common response was, “We don’t know, you can ask the relevant person, or try to do by yourself” which is unacceptable in the hospitality industry. There was little to no effort to actually solve my concerns.
Another major inconvenience was the door key cards, they constantly needed to be reactivated every few hours, which was frustrating and disruptive.
On a positive note, they did help me with an umbrella when needed, but overall, the experience fell short of expectations. I would not choose to stay here again.

Front desk is friendly and helpful to allow us to leave our luggage stored for free till our room is ready to check-in. Room is well kept and clean, however furnitures a bit old but still acceptable for us. Need to bring own bedroom slippers for all hotels in USA. Location to downtown just took Lyft which is not too expensive in Washington D.C.

There is a residential area behind the hotel, which is very quiet. There are delicious Turkish kebabs, Japanese food, Indian food, etc. nearby. It is close to the subway, which goes directly to the Capitol. The room is clean.
