Imaginez-vous arriver dans un hotel après une journée bien rempli et un voyage laborieux vers 23h00 (en pleine campagne) afin de vous détendre et vous reposer. Mais les portes de l'établissement sont fermées et aucun moyen de secours ou d'urgence pour avoir un interlocuteur. Si! Un répondeur qui vous informe sur les horaires d'ouverture. Même pas un coup de fil de la part de l'hôtelier afin de se renseigner sur l'arrivée de son hôte qui aurait pu avoir une difficulté. Car l'accueil physique est fermé aux environs de 20h00. (Réservation faite pour 2 nuits) Obligé de trouver un autre hotel 3h plus tard!!! Le lendemain aucune excuse mais des reproches au client pour ne pas avoir pris connaissance des infos sur l'établissement. Ayant payé d'avance à Booking, aucun remboursement ne m'a été proposé sur ma facture qui avait par contre une ligne de débit pour une annulation de nuit!!! Relation client ZERO pointé pour ce manque de professionnalisme. J'attends toujours une réponse de Booking sur ma réclamation envoyée le 23/09/23, qui me permettra d'évacuer, cette mauvaise expérience que je ne souhaite à personne. D'habitude je suis toujours sollicité pour des commentaires sur mon séjour et depuis le 23 septembre ...

Since our last visit, the hotel has changed ownership. We had booked a room with a terrace/balcony but we’re originally shown to a small room, on producing our paperwork this was changed. The second room was fine with plenty of space but had an overbath shower. The restaurant served a set three course meal which was ok. Seating was outside but there were mosquitoes! Breakfast was good with plenty of choices.

Accueil très sympathique. Tout est pensé dans la simplicité afin de passer des vacances détendues et dans le calme. Le petit déjeuner est diversifié. Les gérants sont disponibles afin de rendre le séjour agréable. Bon rapport qualité prix.

Hotel au top petit déjeuner super avec des confiture maison il faut goûter la confiture abricots lavage une tuerie nous y avons 1 semaine les propriétaires sont au petit soins le parck et la piscine très bien ça vaut le détour nous y retournerons car ces magiques merci encore

Très bel hôtel avec une restauration délicieuse. Le repas en extérieur a été très apprécié au bord de la piscine. Idéal pour se reposer. Calme. Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques. Je recommande vivement.
