El domingo 28 de Julio 2025 en un viaje de trabajo en bus los conductores nos llevaron al Bar Restaurante de este hotel no sé por qué razón específicamente. Incluso escuché a unos de los conductores hablar con ellos por teléfono y avisarles que éramos un grupo, tampoco tan grande, 14 personas. Llegamos sobre las 14.50 h a la parte del bar, había un señor mayor y una chica joven con muy pocas ganas de trabajar y unas formas poco amables. Espero que el señor sea el dueño y no le importe nada que su negocio se vaya a pique. No querían preparar ni pedir al cocinero nada de la cara. Solo ofrecían bocatas de jamón o tortilla. Unas malas formas que parece que nos hacían un favor en atendernos y no nosotros en gastar nuestro dinero ahí. Hubo un compañero que hasta las gracias dio a los camareros y le contestaron casi perdonándole la vida. JAMÁS VOLVERÍA A PARAR AHÍ NI QUE ME MURIERA DE HAMBRE EN ESTE LUGAR.

Lo visitamos para realizar un desayuno. No cumplió con nuestras expectativas. Algo más de "chispa" en la atención y mejor calidad del pan e intentar adaptarse a la petición del cliente, le pedí dos cafés largos e hizo su versión del café, sería atraer a más clientes.

DECEPCIONANTE. Soy celiaca y no tienen ni idea de lo que es la celiaquia a pesar de preguntar mil veces por teléfono si sabían lo que era y decirnos que sin problemas. El primer día la cena, fatal. De menú para la noche alubias, morcilla, raviolis....vamos todo muy light. Y si eres celiaco, ya ni sueñes cenar ese día. Pedimos que saliera el cocinero para ver si me podían ofrecer otra cosa pero estaba muy ocupado. Al día siguiente, pregunto por algo para desayunar sin gluten, es buffet y pedí que si me podían sacar algo directamente de cocina para evitar contaminación cruzada y me contestan que lo que hay fuera es lo que hay y no apto para celiacos (que para la gente normal tampoco habia mucha variedad). Todo el personal sin tener formación sobre intolerancias ni contaminación cruzada. Les explico que algo deberían saber porque es un problema de salud y un problema para ellos como empresa. Parece mentira que ya habiendo todos los avances que hay y formacion que hay, no tengan ni puñetera idea. SI NO TIENEN NI IDEA DE LO QUE ES LA ENFERMEDAD CELIACA, DIGAN POR TELEFONO QUE NO SABEN LO QUE ES Y QUE NO SE PUEDE OFRECER NADA. DE VERGÜENZA

Fuimos dos personas con mi perra.El trato fue excelente, tanto en recepción como en el restaurante que comimos de lujo y por supuesto Marisol que nos atendió muy amablemente a nuestras necesidades sobre la habitación.Tuvimos que dejar a la perra en la habitación sola cuando fuimos a hacer una visita a un pueblo cercano y nos limpió la habitación mientras desayunábamos para que luego se quedara tranquila.Ideal para ir con una mascota , ya q se puede mover por todos los espacios menos el restaurante.
Ya conocía el hotel de antes , por eso vuelvo siempre que puedo.
