Les plus ; ⁃ les buffets ; nous étions en demi-pension, et les buffets de petit déjeuner et dîner sont vraiment excellents. D’un haut niveau. Nous sommes restés 10 jours et c’est très varié avec des thèmes différents tous les soirs. Les pâtisseries sont très fines et c’est assez impressionnant car en Crête c’est assez rare. Vous pouvez aussi réserver à la réception le restaurant le Mistral, c’est un menu complet quasi-gastronomique avec le choix pour le plat principal entre viande, poisson ou végétarien. Et, à savoir, les boissons sont comprises ! Bonne nouvelle il y a une balance dans la chambre pour contrôler votre poids et ça fait mal ! ⁃ Les chambres refaites super modernes, très propres, impeccables. ⁃ Le personnel très gentil, aimable et souriant même s’ils vous parlent tout le temps en allemand ! ⁃ Parking intérieur à proximité gratuit ⁃ Transats sur gazon avec vue magnifique sur la mer ⁃ Ambiance calme, feutrée ⁃ Jardins variés et entretenus aux parfums enivrants Les moins ; ⁃ Chambre 2017 donnant sur le jardin avec d’un côté la route qui est quasiment une autoroute très bruyante et de l’autre côté les poubelles de l’hôtel creta voisin. Très bruyant aussi surtout quand les camions poubelles reculent avec le BIP sonore. Suggestion; les portes très lourdes sont mal ajustées avec un jour d’un centimètre au-dessus laissant le bruit continu des voitures ⁃ Des lits jumeaux anti-câlins ⁃ Le manager des serveurs au restaurant principal est très gentil mais trop présent. Il semble mettre la pression aux serveurs. Le pire c’est quand il se met à l’entrée de la terrasse, discute avec le directeur et oblige ainsi les clients à passer entre eux pour aller au buffet. On se sent épié, même si ce n’est sans doute pas le cas. A savoir ; ⁃ en demi-pension les boissons ne sont pas comprises, même l’eau à table ⁃ Prévoir 10€ par nuit de taxes ⁃ Nous conseillons la location de voiture à l’aéroport ; 25€ par jour km illimités et pas besoin de transfert. ⁃ Nous recommandons les plages au sud de l’île, sauvages et authentiques, dont la plage Preveli Beach, Triopetra beach et la fameuse plage rouge qui est d’ailleurs plutôt gold/rousse, à côté de Matala connu des hippies dans les années 60/70, le village de Spili au centre de l’île, les gorges de Patsos et son église (très venteux), les grottes de Zoniana, Bali, Rethimnon. ⁃ Toutes les animations sont à l’hôtel voisin creta hôtel. Idem pour les propositions d’excursions. Il y a quelques fois des chanteurs crétois avec bouzouki, c’est super agréable à entendre / écouter. ⁃ Plage de sable avec quelques rochers selon les endroits, parfois au drapeau rouge, c’est à dire interdite de baignade. ⁃ Le jour du départ, la chambre est à rendre à 11h. Possibilité de la garder à raison de 15 € par heure. Sinon, ils vous prêtent gratuitement une chambre pour prendre une douche pendant 30 minutes à l’heure souhaitée. Très pratique.
