Since it was such a remote place, I knew there wouldn't be much around.
The cleaning was clean and well done, and since it was unmanned, there was no point in giving a service score.
However, the rooms and doors were very close together with very thin walls, so there was really no soundproofing.
The facilities were good, but it was cold and the sound of footsteps in the early morning kept me up at night.
Next time, I decided to pay a little more and go to a private room.

It is right next to the road so you will get traffic lights shining into your window at night but you have curtains to cover that. The stairways is steep so be careful. It is also tricky to open the key box, don't worry, it definitely can be opened. There is shower on the lower floor and I am quite lucky to be the only guest staying for a few nights, I can't imagine if it gets busy. The kitchen tools are in the bottom cabinet. It is quite accessible to explore the town and nearby areas.

It's conveniently close to Kamiarita Station, and is a great place for touring Arita ware.
However, please note that there are no convenience stores or places to eat within walking distance of Kamiarita.
I arrived in the evening, so I brought plenty of stock with me, including bento boxes, drinks, and bread for breakfast.
There is a small refrigerator in the room,
and a shared kitchen and microwave, so you can make simple meals yourself.
