We stayed at Xalet Besoli in March 2024 and we had a fantastic time. We booked through Crystal Ski and it was really good value. Walking distance to the funicular. Especially a huge ‘thank you’ to the staff, they were excellent! I am coeliac and the waitress was incredibly attentive to my gluten intolerance, available every evening to explain all dishes that were gluten free and I could eat, very impressed. It was a lovely stay and would come again.

We stayed here 17th -24th march whilst on ski trip with crystal ski. This is a lovely little hotel tucked away just of the main road. It is nice and quiet in the evenings, and nice and warm to keep you cosy at all times. Breakfast is self service continental style daily, and the evening meals, being 3 course are of multiple choice, and are all very tasty.. "Soledad" the receptionist, was very welcoming, pleasant and very helpful at all times. This is a really good value hotel not to be overlooked. We will be back!

Pleasent staff very welcoming and always smiling ,nothing to much off a problem,food excellent always fresh and very well presented ,hot water and clean laundry ,clean rooms,excellent location to the town centre very reasonably priced

Very nice home. Only helpful and smiling people. The meal is very good and plentiful, as is the breakfast. The rooms are spacious with a balcony. In a dead end so very quiet and free parking available The bathroom is a little in its original state and deserves a refresh (that's why the 4 stars and not 5) Very good stay all the same

Had a fabulous stay at the Xalet Besolí Service, food and cleanliness was excellent for the week we stayed while skiing. Short walk to gondola! Excellent, we’ll be back!! Staff couldn’t do enough for us. Rooms warm and clean We also got lots of snow while here so skiing was exceptional

We stayed two nights to ski. Very good location with access to parking. Close to slopes. Room with balcony, very varied buffet breakfast and very attentive staff, Araceli, a very nice woman with a lot of energy! We will be back!!

Family atmosphere. Friendly and close treatment. All employees with a smile on their face and ready to help. Tranquility and peace because it is the last building on the street and no cars pass by. We were in an apartment on the top floor with privileged views (see photo). Free outdoor parking. The cafeteria is spacious and comfortable, and the children could play and paint at the tables. The abundant breakfast and good dinner.

The hotel is a tucked away gem. But 19 min walk to gondola and only 5 minute walk to fantastic entertainment. Rooms kept immaculate and nothing is too much trouble. Hotel staff are attentive and friendly. Reception are always helpful. The restaurant staff are truly incredible and the food and service is of a high standard. We will definitely book again

Very friendly and attentive. We were in a very clean apartment close to the ski slopes. Breakfast and food are highly recommended. You can bring your pet. The receptionist is very friendly and the manager is very attentive. Near the center of Andorra. We will repeat!
