El personal de recepción, amables y muy simpáticos, Dani, Sole y otra chica , muy atentos.

From the moment of arrival everything was fantastic. We had warm welcome at the reception and been shown our room. Our room was on the 2nd floor with the mountain view. Bathroom was very clean, towels changed daily, shower with a good pressure. Whole hotel was very quiet at night no need for earplugs. Breakfast served from 8am included eggs/sausages/ bacon/ beans loads of lovely breads, at least 5 different types of cheeses and meats. Muesli/ cereal, fruits, yoghurts, milks - including vegan - soy and oat milk. Dinners were great choice of meats/ fish for main and buffet. The hotel catered for me specially as I'm vegan, every evening I had separate dish prepared, all very tasty, most of the soups of the day were vegan too - best soups I had in a while. Cheap but delicious house wine 3.5 euro for a generous glass, you can buy a bottle and they will label it and keep it for you for next meal. All staff very friendly and helpful, couldn't ask for more. Great location , there is a bus stop just outside the hotel, bars, restaurants all in a walking distance. I really recommend the Irish bar for great atmosphere and the hunters - nice food and beer, reasonably priced. Great holidays!!!

Staff are all great and very friendly. Room was super clean and the food was freshly made in the hotel and was lovely with a good selection, especially the starters . Can't fault it at all. Will return in the summer too when the pool is open as it looks lovely, right at the base of a mountain

The hotel is based up a slight hill on the outskirts of Arinsal. The room was fine for the two of us and our 17 year old son, clean and regular cleaning from the staff. There were two supermarkets about 5-10 mins walk away that had everything you could want. The gondola was also about 5 mins away, although we made the mistake of walking there and back everyday with skis and boots on - if I went again I would rent a locker up the mountain. The main reason for the 3 out of 5 rating was the food. We stayed half board and whilst breakfast was fine with cereals, cheeses, pastries, hot dishes etc the evening meals really let them down. The main courses were always luke warm at best and reading other reviews it seems this has been a feature for a while now. We ate out the last two nights of our week stay as Arinsal had plenty of choices for food within 10 mins walk. The reception staff were very friendly, you could rent a safety deposit box for a refundable 20 euros, and you had to rent a locked in the basement to keep skis in, again for a refundable 20 euros. I would happily return to Arinsal as the slopes were amazing, but not too this hotel.

great hotel very friendly and helpful staff. clean, very warm, comfy beds, lots of hot water. 300m from gondola so not too far. breakfast had great choice and was very well presented and tasty. it was an excellent hotel and great value. bar and restaurant looked good but we ate out so didnt use

Good hotel with free easy parking. The twin room was a good size and quiet. Staff were friendly but they could clear your table as they pass by. An extra coffee machine would help at breakfast. Food was good. Location is good as away from the busier areas such as La Massana.

Hotel relación calidad precio excelente. Servicio impecable, muy amables. Habitaciones limpias, amplias. Con pack de café, infusión... como recibimiento. Tiene piscina, un bonito jardín. El desayuno continental tipo buffet. Genial!

Hace pocos días nos hospedamos en el Hotel Xalet Verdú como en otras ocasiones, porque no es la primera vez que lo visitamos y nuestra estancia ha sido excelente. Nos hospedamos mi señora y yo con dos mascotas (un westie y un teckel). Todo el equipo formado por las camareras del restaurante (Gorete y Araceli) con el maitre al frente (Nelo), la recepción (Dani y otra persona que lamento no acordarme) y el propietario director del hotel (Ricardo), están volcados completamente con que la estancia sea absolutamente placentera y realmente lo consiguen. Nuestra percepción es que disfrutan con el servicio que prestan a los clientes y eso se nota continuamente por como te atienden y como se implican en cualquier incidencia que pueda surgir o consejo que te puedan dar sobre cómo aprovechar tu estancia en ese país. Desde luego no hemos encontrado ningún hotel en Andorra y hace más de 25 años que viajamos a este país desde Mallorca, en el que las mascotas sean tan bien recibidas y tan bien tratadas, el equilibrio entre los clientes con mascotas y sin mascotas es perfecto, hasta el punto que si quieres bajar al restaurante con ellas, está habilitada una estancia aparte de los clientes sin mascotas para que puedan acompañarte y no quedarse solas en la habitación (al final son dos restaurantes separados). La comida es muy abundante y de mucha calidad, son tres platos de primero, tres platos de segundo y tres platos de postre a elegir y cambia cada día y el desayuno es buffet libre. El aparcamiento no es ningún problema y se saturase la zona ellos te buscan aparcamiento (también disponen de parking en el interior del hotel) y el hotel está situado en la zona alta de Arinsal por lo que las vistas al valle son espectaculares. Nos ha parecido de justicia escribir esta valoración porque estamos muy satisfechos y a buen seguro volveremos. Muchas gracia a todo el equipo y en especial a su propietario director (Ricardo) por una estancia tan placentera. ¡Buen trabajo!
