El sofá cama que era la cama de mis hijos, con un colchón sucio y muy estrecho estaba por montar, no habían sábanas suficientes, no habían fundas de cojines, la limpieza deja mucho que desear, cristales sucios y el ajuar de la cocina bastante sucio. el secador no funcionaba, el mando de la tv tampoco, ni la calefacción (aunque no pasamos frio). no volveremos seguro

Worst hotel I've ever been to! The service and the accommodation are terrible! In addition to several extra fees, they did not provide towels, the sofa bed is terrible, could not sleep, Because besides being uncomfortable, it made a lot of noise not letting anyone sleep. We tried to get in touch several times but didn't answer us. And the reception never had anyone, once there was someone, we said they would see the sofa bed to fix but they didn't went there. We tried to contact, we went to the reception several times, but no service. In the end we decided to leave because we couldn't sleep in that uncomfortable! And besides they answered very badly, saying that it was our fault! And they only answered after we left! After all, you have to pay for everything extra, like Wi-Fi and parking. Bad service! I do not recommend this hotel.

Apartamento equipado, todo muy nuevo y muy cómodo. Hay una parada de bus justo al lado que te lleva a Andorra la Vella en 15 minutos. Nos permitieron entrar un poco más pronto de la hora establecida, lo que agradecimos muchísimo. La chica de recepción muy amable. Sin duda, una buena opción si quieres estar cerca de todo sin estar en el centro ruidoso de Andorra.

Wifi de pago, a día de hoy es rarísimo había estado otras veces hace 3 años y era gratuito. El parquet estaba bastante deteriorado en una zona. El resto todo muy limpio y bien cuidado. Buen colchón y buenas almohadas. No me gustaron digamos las amenazas económicas sobre qué pasaba si no cumplías un montón de normas antes de dejar los apartamentos. Muy amable el chico que nos atendió en recepción. No me pareció bien que se tenga que dejar el apto a las 10 y no haya nadie en recepción.

Estuve este fin de semana pasado con mi marido y nuestra hija de 5 años y todo ha sido positivo. El apartamento estaba limpio, era espacioso con un sofá cama y cama de matrimonio en la misma habitación, teníamos una pequeña cocina con una lavadora, y un cuarto de baño aparte. También teníamos una cafetera Nespresso. Por poner un contra diría que hacía mucha calor y a pesar de bajar la calefacción seguíamos teniendo calor pero nada más, por lo demás, muy bien insonorizado tanto del exterior como del pasillo pues no oímos a nadie. Fantástico trato por parte de la chica de recepción que nos guió como ir a las pistas para hacer trineo y fue muy amable con nuestra hija. Volvería sin duda y lo recomiendo.
