We booked in June to stay two nights and take advantage of the "fish only" restaurant to celebrate our anniversary. Despite our insistence they tell us that for telephone booking there is no need for deposits or return messages. We travel a lot and as we usually do when we get closer to the structure we warn of our arrival, so three hours before we call and they tell us that there is no reservation for either the structure or the restaurant, finding ourselves still far away we ask what to do and they tell us that they will fix everything, they confirm the reservation for both the farm and for dinner and we leave the mobile number again to avoid going up there if there were other problems. Presented to us on site, a girl welcomes us badly by telling us that we had the wrong structure, that the reservation, even if made on their number, resulted in another structure connected to them nearby, and that either we went to the other structure or we could look for another place. For dinner, if we really wanted to, they would look for a place for us, but they made us understand that even if we didn't stop, it was better. In despair and very disappointed we go to the other much uglier and rougher structure only for that night as we find nothing else nearby. The idea we have is that they play on overbooking and then fill the roughest structure with "you either go there or you manage at the last minute". Never again and I hope I can be useful to others so they don't engage in similar scams.
