Hotel is in forest area 25 km from center of Rome and having many rooms (around 60 ). We liked the space they have outside-taking fresh air and walk around. Rooms are comfort and normal space as needed. Personnel were very friendly and helping for anything needed ,Sabrina &Annalisa served us. Breakfast is typically italian ( sweety dishes) only cheese&ham is salty. Be careful if you ask for other things you could be charged(i.e eggs ). Ask well before ordering. Price of the room in respect to distance from Rome is ok, 120 eur for triple. Take a visit to lake Albano, 10 min close to the hotel

Good place, nice and comfortable. The room we received was clean but not really adhering to the photos that were published. Good continental breakfast, excellent staff courtesy.
