Chambre confortable mais avec des petits soucis techniques désagréables au niveau de la douche (il faut attendre au moins 5min pour avoir l'eau chaude. Mais au fur et à mesure de mon séjour, je constate que la plupart des appartements au CHILE sont concernés par ce problème 😔 plus manque de pression aux WC). Mur des chambres non épais au cas où s'il y a du bruit et fenêtres non en double vitrage. Le petit déjeuner : vous ne manquez rien! Qualité non au rendez vous. J'ai fait une petite remarque pour ma part de Cake à la personne qui gère le déjeuner, elle m'a à peine écouté sans plus alors que ça relevait de la sécurité alimentaire pour tous. Point positif : - Placement non loin des lieux à visiter - Commodités de la chambre simple et bien, petite lisseuse au dessus de chaque lit. J'enlève des étoiles à cause du petit dej. et le comportement de la serveuse. - Le réceptionniste toujours présent donc pas mal si vous arrivez tardivement. Il faudra le préciser lors de votre réservation et vous conseille de le confirmer à nouveau 24h avant. - Le réceptionniste répond rapidement aux demandes exceptionnelles. Pour conclure, je recommande cet hôtel pour deux nuits maximum.

Si tienen alergias al insecto hormigón, les recomiendo no quedarse aquí. Decidimos irnos la misma tarde de nuestra llegada debido a esta plaga en la habitación, anteriormente nos habían cambiado de habitación por una llave rota en la puerta (apenas habíamos intentado entrar) y llegamos a una con esta plaga, solicitamos un reembolso total, pero Héctor (el encargado) nos cobró 15 USD solo por el check-in, a pesar de que no utilizamos la habitación. Afortunadamente, después de contactar con el servicio de atención al cliente de Booking, logramos obtener un reembolso. Fue una experiencia muy desagradable, ya que lo único que hicieron fue cobrarnos sin ofrecernos solución alguna, lo que necesitamos era que nos devolvieran todo el dinero en efectivo que entregamos, ya que, debíamos buscar una nueva habitación prontamente y estaba casi todo no disponible. Todo muy mal.

Regarding the reception, not much to say, as in any hotel, they give the necessary information and apart from the problem of replenishing things, I did not maintain further communication. Regarding the breakfast (which is included), it is very poor and bad presentation, it was 1 bread with 1 sheet of cheese cut in half and likewise the ham, a little butter, jam and sweet puffed corn with a yogurt and a glass of juice (very sweet and warm for my taste) and what was the icing on the cake WAS THAT BEFORE CHECK OUT THEY HAD DISMISSED THE ROOMS, thank goodness we already had everything organized, but before the 12 in the afternoon that they indicate leaving the place, the room was already being tidied....NO COMMENT
