The Arica Hotel was the worst experience I’ve ever had. The rooms were dirty, the air conditioning was broken. The bed in the suite they moved me to had spiders and large ants. The bar service was terrible. I ordered dinner, and they never delivered it because they forgot about it. I was left waiting for more than an hour.

Hotel antigo, mas concertado. Cama confortável. Banheiro bom! Fácil acesso e com estacionamento. Tem restaurante no local.

Habitacion comoda, solo el aire acondicionado era poco eficiente para el tamaño de la habitacion yaque en la tarde al llegar el sol directo, la temperatura era muy alta dentro de la misma. La vista hacia el mar es hermosa, el atardecer bellísimo

Hotel muy agradable, con encanto, las camas son cómodas, hay suficientes almohadas. Queda al lado de la playa lo que permite disfrutar con playa y piscina, cuenta con toallas para los huéspedes en la zona de piscina, el personal es amable. Lo que se puede mejorar es la mantención de la infraestructura. Tener en cuenta que el hotel tiene dos pisos sin ascensor lo que complica a los adultos mayores, lo mismo habitaciones con tina, son complejas para los mayores. Deben tener las sillas de ruedas operativas.

Happy with our choice in Arica.
Happy with our choice of hotel in Arica. Relatively quiet, a little walk from the town but not a problem. Nice to have 2 pools close to the sea. Hotel a little " tired" in parts but comfortable. Breakfast buffet very good. Enjoyed bar and restaurant food too. Staff generally good.

Falta de control al cargar consumos a la habitacio
Como hotel en general, muy buena experiencia excepto por desprolijidad en el reataurant donde cancele dos co sumos con tarjeta debito por los cuales mantengo los recibos y sin embargo aparecieron como cargo a mi habitacion en el estado de cuenta final al momento de check out. No creo en un error. En ningun momento entregue el numero de mi habitacion al consumir. Alguien cargo consumos entregando mi numero de pieza al azar?...Como controlan quien es quien al momento de consumir y entregar numero de habitacion??
Otros hoteles en el mundo realizan check del pasajero al ingresar al restaurant o bar y servicios y solicitan ver la llave de la habitacion incluso toma do prueba fotografica de esta.
Resultado: Confianza de que estos errores no sucedan.

Hotel de pasajeros o eventos?
Mala experiencia, hace años era bueno pero ahora privilegian los eventos, matrimonios, almuerzos de empresas y otros y los pasajeros pasan a segundo término.
A las instalaciones les falta un update principalmente en poner ventanales con termopanel en habitaciones para aislar del ruido.

Eramos 8 comensales. Fue el primero en pedir una ensalada César (no puedo comer cebolla). A los 20 minutos llegó el primer plato de otra persona y 15 minutos después los 6 restantes menos el mío. !0 minutos mas tarde pregunté ¿Que pasaba con i ensalada? 5 minutos mas tarde aparecieron con un cebiche. Siento que se burlaron de mi. Me quedé sin cenar.
