Assolutamente deludente in tutti i sensi.... Stanza di normale standard...Cucina mediocre e servizio a tavola non all'altezza della serata.... Non si può chiamare Spa una piscina dove si fanno corsi di nuoto....con i bambini che strillano.... Mai piu.

3 stelle solo per la struttura. 0 spa e massaggio (massaggiatrici). Sono stata in struttura con il mio fidanzato per usufruire del pacchetto smartbox (pernottamento +spa+massaggio+colazione). Accoglienza perfetta, camera pulita e molto carina. Colazione ottima e personale molto gentile. Spa nel complesso non male ma non ci tornerei. Idromassaggio molto piccolo. ambiente relax con poche postazioni per tutti. La sauna e il bagno turco sono divise dall' idromassaggio da una piscina semi olimpionica dove si allenano anche persone esterne alla struttura. Ma nota dolente ; MASSAGGIATRICI. Indicazioni non chiare su come sistemarci una volta entrati, hanno riso tra loro mentre facevano il massaggio ed è stato davvero poco cortese e professionale. Tornerei per soggiornare ma mai per i servizi spa e massaggio.

The room was ok except it needed more pillows and updated hairdryer where you don’t have to hold the button. The pool, work out room and spa was closed for 2 days and we were only there for 3. Hotel service in restaurant could be more pleasant. Hotel in an area which there is not much to do and car service is very limited to taxis , no buses.

Very nice hotel and very kind staff. Good restaurant and friendliness on all fronts. "Less positive" note for the Spa. But it's a personal matter. Everything very clean. Comfortable room but the single beds pushed together are annoying, the truth is, good breakfast. The spa is combined with a semi-Olympic swimming pool open to the outside so there are people swimming and us in the tub.

Pleasant weekend with overnight spa and massage package. The structure is new in some places, but in some areas a little dated. Friendly and helpful staff. Quality restaurant at affordable prices and average masseuses. All in all we had a very good time. Only piece of advice: the spa should be revised a bit in detail... perhaps make it more comfortable and refined, in order to attract more customers. Good luck
