Photos mensongères, plus de piscine ni de terrasse extérieure. Une minuscule terrasse sur la rue devant l'hôtel avec un mobilier de jardin délabré.Salle de bain en mauvaise état. Tv qui capte quand elle veut. Passage par une décharge à ciel ouvert pour allez dans la rue commerçante qui attire sangliers chiens et chats errants à 2 pas de l'hôtel. Par contre le personnel est très sympa et le restaurant très bon. Mais cet hôtel est très loin d'être un 5 étoiles. 8 jours payé à l'arrivée, départ au bout de 3 vu que l'hôtel n'offre pas les prestations décrites mais ont refuser de rembourser les 5 nuits restantes

We recently rented a conference room and additional rooms for our staff at Penthouse Ariana, expecting a smooth and professional experience. Unfortunately, we were surprised and disappointed to find out that we were not allowed access to the hotel's parking facilities. This was especially frustrating given the extreme heat in Tunis, as we needed a secure and shaded area for our vehicles. When we raised the issue, the only response we received was that we should park our cars outside the hotel, without any assurance of security. To make matters worse, no responsible hotel management was available to address our concerns, and we were left dealing solely with the security staff, who had no authority to resolve the issue. This lack of basic amenities and customer service is unacceptable, and we are genuinely upset by this experience.

Très bel hôtel avec de très belles chambres Ménage impeccable Restaurant très bon !! Personnel très gentil et serviable Le bar lounge très sympa avec bowling, patinoire et billard en supplément Tres bien placé avec de nombreux magasins, bars et restaurants à quelques mètres

Très bon hôtel de standing où nous avons pu organiser un séminaire pour une vingtaine de personnes. La salle de réunion est très bien équipée, climatisée et lumineuse. La pause café est très soignée et le déjeuner particulièrement copieux et diversifié. La qualité de service à l'accueil et au restaurant est particulièrement sympathique et efficace. Les chambres sont spacieuses, la climatisation efficace et on y dispose d'un balcon pour lire à la fraiche le soir. J'ai testé la piscine qui est particulièrement agréable. Nous reviendrons dès que possible.

The one advantage is location. It’s a one night only can’t stay more , maybe cause it’s not my type,,, ………….. I ranked it 2 to 3 stars………. Rooms are spacious but not as clean small lobby small buffet, …………. Red full remodeling……………………………………..
