Όντας για επαγγελματικούς λόγους στην Κεφαλονιά, έκλεισα δωμάτιο βιαστικά, βάση τιμής χωρίς να δώσω σημασία σε λεπτομέρειες (εκτός την ύπαρξη Wi-Fi, απαραίτητου για τη ροή της δουλειάς). Για να μην μακρυγορώ, η εμπειρία μου από τη διαμονή ήταν μια σειρά διαδοχικών ευχάριστων εκπλήξεων! Εξαιρετική κατάσταση του κτιρίου και των υποδομών γενικότερα, αυτοματοποιημένο σύστημα εισόδου-εξόδου και διαχείρισης ηλεκτροδότησης του δωματίου, ευρύχωρο δωμάτιο με άριστη διαρρύθμιση χώρων, smart TV και στο σαλόνι και στη κρεββατοκάμαρα, άψογη καθαριότητα, εφοδιασμένο μπάνιο, εύχρηστη θέρμανση, άνετα έπιπλα (καναπές, θέση εργασίας, πολυθρόνες κ.λπ.), άνετο πάρκινγκ μπροστά στο ξενοδοχείο, σημασία στην λεπτομέρεια (διαθέσιμος καφές-καφετιέρα, καραμελίτσες καλωσορίσματος, νερό στο ψυγειάκι, παντόφλες μιας χρήσης αν έχεις ξεχάσει τις δικές σου...). Γενικώς όλα άψογα. Και οι τιμές κατά τη γνώμη μου ιδιαίτερα ορθολογισμένες, άσχετα αν ήταν περίοδος off-season. Πάντα να κοιτάμε τι δίνουμε και τι παίρνουμε σαν αντάλλαγμα. Και το κερασάκι στην τούρτα η ευγένεια και η διακριτικότητα της διεύθυνσης, η οποία σε αντιμετωπίζει ανθρώπινα και όχι σαν έναν ευκαιριακό πελάτη. Θα το πρότεινα ανεπιφύλακτα τόσο για επαγγελματικά ταξίδια, όσο και για διακοπές, αφού η θέση του, σε πανοραμική θέση πάνω από το πολύβουο λιμάνι (δείτε την φωτογραφία) και κοντά στην είσοδο/έξοδο του Αργοστολίου το καθιστά ιδανικό για βάση εξορμήσεων στο νησί. Ένα είναι σίγουρο: Στο επόμενο ταξίδι μου στην Κεφαλονιά, το πρώτο κατάλυμα για το οποίο θα ψάξω διαθεσιμότητα, θα είναι το Anthemis Living...

Nikos the owner made contact within 24 hrs of a request. On arrival ( due to it being winter ) I was very kindly checked in earlier. To say First impressions last is an understatement. The contact , the greeting on arrival and check in was Top class. The room and whole place was absolutely spotless, peaceful, and working in tourism myself, can honestly say " Nikos thought of every single detail " There was nothing that was missing or rather every thing was more than fully equipped. I was also alone , the place was very updated with it's security regarding access . Lastly the bed, what can I say . " I never realised how much I needed such a comfortable bed" 100% amazing experience. I have already recommended to colleagues and cannot wait to come back. Thank you Nikos for a wonderful experience! *****

This property is truly amazing and I cannot recommend it enough! My partner and I stayed for a week and agreed it was one of our favorite places we’ve even been (both the property and the island)!
Nikos, the owner, is so kind and helpful. He communicated before we arrived, was there to greet us and show us around, and helped with a few things during our stay like lending us a beach umbrella and providing recommendations for the island.
The room we rented was actually an apartment and so clean and updated, had a kitchen with everything we needed to make breakfast a few mornings, and had two balconies. It was very quiet and had lots of parking for our rental car. The property also has laundry and drying racks for your personal balcony which was great since we’d been traveling for a bit.
The view was AMAZING! The location is also great and super close to the biggest town on the island - lots of food and shopping options and plenty of beautiful beaches nearby.

Eine wunderbare Unterkunft in super Lage in Argostoli findet sich hier bei Nikos. Wir waren leider nur eine Nacht dort, aber diese Unterkunft war die beste unserer Reise und damit besser als alle anderen auf der Insel. Wunderbarer Ausblick über die Bucht von Argostoli. Nikos hat uns sehr hilfreich und herzlich empfangen. Hier würde ich jederzeit wieder buchen.

Stunning property with all the amenities needed for a stay. Room is always spotless & location is central to where you need to be & parking right outside is never an issue if you hire a car.
Nikos is a great host, on hand to help with any questions & queries, provided recommendations for restaurants & places to visit & how to get there. Nikos has also accommodated holding our luggage for our late flight. We would definitely stay here again! 10/10

A truly exceptional room. Modern design, beautifully presented with everything you might need. Spotlessly clean as well. It even had a modern lift. The host could not have been nicer or more helpful. We would highly recommend and hope to return when we can.
