It's a beautiful sea view room. It would be better if the sofa bed was better. There should also be an induction cooker for cooking. But the view and convenience are unquestionable

We zijn zojuist de kamer bekeken,die we hadden geboekt. Tenminste dat dachten we in plaats van de foto’s die we op het internet hadden zien staan, kregen we een zolderkamertje zonder raam te zien. we kregen ons geld niet terug en ze kwamen ook niet met een geschikte oplossing. Deze mensen en organisatie staan voor pure oplichterij. alstublieft boek hier niet!

A gem of a place......fantastic
Stayed in the Acqua Suite which was overlooking the marina. It was absolutely spotless and the lovely lady that came in to clean each day kept it that way. When we arrived late in the evening we accessed the property with no problem having previously been given the door code. We had bottled water, tea and coffee left for us. The bed was extremely comfortable and the view was gorgeous. The location is great, you are literally a few minutes walk from shops, bars and restaurants. We came on business so didn't really miss there being no pool, but if you're ok with having no pool this little gem is faultless and we would most definitely stay here again.

Aggressive company demanded an extra €400
Stay was ok until we tried to claim our left luggage. This was held to ransom for the cost of cleaning and another night stay. A total of €400.00. My daughter had been ill in the night and I was prepared to pay a cleaning bill. However I was shouted out by 6 staff as well as my wife demanding 400 hundred Euros. I have never been treated so badly or aggressively by a hospitality company in my life. I would not recommend anyone to stay here or trust this company. If you do stay do not leave any luggage.

The Anchor Suite was modern and spacious with a large walk in shower, comfortable bed and balcony overlooking the marina. It faced east so we had morning sunshine then shade. The staff, located in the travel centre beside the main door, were very friendly and helpful.
Parking is limited on the road outside so we learned to time our arrival back in town between 5 and 6.
We would definitely come back again.
