logement conforme à l’annonce, mais vetuste le ménage serait à revoir cadre est cependant agréable Par contre nous avons été déçus par l’accueil, de Sandra nous l’avons trouvé froid et peu engageante Un peu plus de courtoisie et notamment le sourire L’accueil fait partie intégrante de l’expérience, et c’est dommage que cet aspect n’ait pas été à la hauteur du lieu.

Séjour en cours premier soir un résident un peu dérangé tape sur un autre résident 2ème. Jour on veut faire tourner le lave-vaisselle les assiettes ne rentre pas je vais à l accueil et on me réponds oui on est au courant et à l arrivée on nous dit vous avez de la chance votre appartement est pmr donc plus spacieux mais on ne nous a pas dit qu il était contre l ascenseur qui fait beaucoup de bruit.a suivre

Après 5 séjours en mai et juillet 2022 et 2023 et mai 2024, enorme déception en arrivant en juillet 2024. Appartement "confort" donnant sur le parking de la capitainerie, sur le jardin d'enfants et la porte d'accès au port. Très sombre du fait de sa situation au 1er etage avec loggia au-dessus et un muret bouchant toute vue. Minuscule fenêtre style cellule de prison dans la chambre. Couloir extérieur d'accès à l'appartement non fini. Il a fallu 2 déménagements pour avoir un appart correct, 6 jours de perdus sur 3 semaines qui m'ont quand même coutées 3.940€ ! Aucun remboursement partiel. Une personne de l'accueil qui se moque de ma tenue (bracelets en pierres aux poignets) ce qui est très déplacé ! Et pour finir aucune réponse au courrier de mon avocat qui souhaitait régler ce litige à l'amiable. Très cher pour ce que c'est ! Je n'y retournerai jamais !

Accueil sympathique personnel, mais il faut poser des questions a l'accueil pour des informations et on nous a pas demandé si on prenais le petit dej le matin ,question ranger l'appartement plier les draps ,plier canapé, alors que quand je suis arrivé le canapé était déplier
et quand on a mal au dos pas possible , appartement bien,niveau prix un peu cher côté montagne et pour animaux de compagnie niveau prix pourrais faire moins cher,dans l'ensemble c'est bien le personnel très souriant

Great staff, mediocre product especially for price
This accomodation is the RyanAir equivalent of accomodations, as in anything other than just the room costs extra. When we arrived, nobody was manning the front desk and we had to figure out that they are only open certain hours, a few in the morning and a few in the afternoon. When entering the apartment, there was noticeable dirt/dust on the floor and surfaces with a dirty towel outiside on the patio.
The staff were more than friendly and helpful and were the shiny part in all of this as well as the location, as the back opens up to several shops, restaurants, and cafés along a harbor. Ultimately, we will not being staying here again, especially for the price we paid.

Enjoyed our stay, lovely position with a great view from the large balcony. Apartment was comfortable and had everything we needed. We had to clean the small kitchen area before we left but a cleaning kit is supplied and it wasn’t really an issue,we also had to take our rubbish to the outside bins before we left. Lovely pool and good restaurants around the port. All in all good value for money.

Argeles est un beau village ,belle plages , possibilite de peche à la ligne ou au large . Belle promenade en bateaux pour voir les dauphins ,experience inoubliable . Beaux sites geografiques et archeologiques . Proche de l'espagne . Bonne gastronomie et catalans sympas .
