Tuvimos un pésimo momento con la encargada de recepcion. Su atencion es desastroza sin carisma alguno, extravio nuestras maletas, no supo darnos razon y simplemente no resolvia nada, mi esposa le decia algunas preguntas y no era capas de responder, no fue agradable conocerla.

El hotel tiene instalaciones modernas y una decoración acogedora. El personal nos atendió muy bien en todo momento. El desayuno es a la carta y tiene varias opciones. La vista de la terraza es encantadora. Nos sentimos muy cómodos.

Totalmente recomendado. Excelente atención, serviciales, llegamos temprano y nos brindaron early check in. Además, la ubicación es precisa, a un paso de la zona céntrica de Arequipa. Buenas instalaciones.

Los precios son súper buenos, la atención al cliente es increíble súper amables y atentos, la comida es buena. Las habitaciones son muy cómodas y limpias la pasamos muy bien mí pareja y yo al hospedarnos. Súper recomendo

El servicio de limpieza a la Habitación es muy bueno. Y el staff está siempre atento y son muy amables. La variedad del desayuno fue positivo porque hace aun más placentera la estadía en el hotel. *El único detalle es que frente al hotel hay un resto bar, y las habitaciones con vista a la calle pueden resentir este tema. Pero, la solución sería pedir una habitación distinta.

Atención de primera, el personal muy amable y siempre dispuesto a solucionar cualquier duda. A pocas cuadras de la Plaza de Armas. Cerca al Monasterio de Santa Catalina y de buenos restaurantes. Zona segura

Para mí el hotel cumplió con todo lo establecido y más. Fueron muy atentos y me dieron soluciones a todo lo que solicite. A mi familia le encanto la personalización con la que nos atendían. Un excelente lugar con una de las mejores vistas que se puede tener en la ciudad. La zona donde queda el hotel, es muy linda para caminar. Nos atendieron del bar, en la terraza del hotel. Que es un lugar perfecto para poder brindar. Lo que recomiendo si van personas con sueño ligero. Que soliciten habitaciones hacia el interior. Puesto que al ser una hotel que en una zona turística, suele haber ruido.

Un hotel en ambiente familiar. Las chicas de recepción, especialmente la que estaba por las tardes son majisimas y muy atentas a todos los detalles. Reservaron taxis para nosotros, se preocuparon por un breakfast box el día de la salida y sobre todo se preocuparon por mi cuando estuve mala en cama por el mal de altura. El desayuno a la carta muy bueno y contundente. Nunca he visto unas camareras que trabajen tan silenciosamente, da gusto así. La sala del buffet en la última planta del hotel con vistas sobre Arequipa y a los volcanes Misti y Chachani. Muy recomendable.
