1⃣️Service: I stayed for four days. The staff at the front desk and those who made breakfast in the morning were very enthusiastic. All the services I needed were met. I had to borrow a microwave oven for the unfinished meals outside at noon and the unfinished pizza in the morning. One bag to take away, they were very enthusiastic and responded to my request
2⃣️Network: The WiFi on the computer is okay, but the mobile version is too slow. I feel this is a common problem in Peru.
3⃣️Location: In the most prosperous part of the city, there are many barber shops💈 and gourmet restaurants. It is very close to the Plaza de Armas and is very convenient.
4⃣️Experience of staying: It was very quiet at 10 o'clock in the evening. The hotel decoration is very modern. There is free water, hot water, coffee, and local tea downstairs for self-service. If you are working, the table is a bit high.

Wonderful stay and friendly staff
This was a wonderful stay! The staff are very friendly and helpful: we god a super early check in, they booked taxis for us when we needed it and the doorman is so kind and gives you a warm welcome every time you enter/leave the hotel. Breakfast was nice and one of the better we had during our 3 weeks in Peru. If we come back to Arequipa we will definitely stay here again!

When I book a room with A/C, I do NOT want the temp capped @ 18C, I am an Adult and do not like being treated like a kid because you want to save a few bucks....Also the under bed lighting flickered all night long...Exposed wires as well.

Recomendable y cerca a todo.
Fue una buena experiencia, comodidad, decoración adecuada, aire acondicionado, ventanas herméticas que aíslan de ruidos de la calle, desayuno buffet bastante bueno y completo. Lo único negativo en su ubicación que es un tanto bullicioso y agitado, propio de un centro citadino con comercios alrededor, pero como contraposición está cerca a la plaza y centro histórico de la ciudad.
