We stayed in three different room types, with a variety of room options, adequate air conditioning, and a very good breakfast. The hotel's exterior is charming, and the facilities are relatively new. The best part is the location and view, with the mountains behind and the sea in front. There's a bay just outside, and plenty of restaurants.

Abbiamo soggiornato per una breve vacanza Punto di forza dell'Hotel è sicuramente il personale , cortese, disponibile attento a tutte le esigenze del cliente, da parte nostra un grande plauso a tutto lo staff Ristorazione ottima anche se ripetitiva , per soggiorni più lunghi buona la lista dei vini, si suggerisce una maggiore scelta di etichette locali, camere nella norma, considerate le stelle dell'hotel ci si aspettava meglio, ASSOLUTAMNTE DA RISTRUTTURARE I BAGNI (anni 60 forse) non degni di un hotel 4 stelle

La cosa migliore dell'albergo è la posizione, lungo mare e centrale. Poi il personale di sala e gli addetti alle auto. Per il resto l'albergo non merita le quattro stelle, ambiente triste e poco curato a cominiare dall'ascensore. Camera vista mare ristrutturata in ristretezza e poco accogliente, 3 grucce a testa e una cassaforta degna di un contorsionista, un bagno con tende così piccole che nelle giornate di sole si muore di caldo, vasca scrostata con rubinetteria vecchia. Colazione standard. Check in alle 15 e check out alle 11; abbiamo chiesto di restare in piscina fino alle 14 (mangiando al bar) ma avremmo dovuto spostare la macchina nel parcheggio fuori (quando posto ce ne era ancora), poco elasticità e disponibilità. Non ritorneremo.

Ho fortunatamente soggiornato per una sola notte. Aprire la finestra della era qualcosa di impresentabile!!! Superior Vista Parco??? Lascio a voi il giudizio! Doccia impraticabile praticamente impossibile non riempire d’acqua il bagno… alcune cose da rivedere direi!

Super expensive one night stay, price is absurd if you consider the quality of the room, which look old and are far away from the standard you would expect from a 4 star. Location is awesome, food is low average, experience is just bad for the price. I recommend other structures or even another close by town like Varazze.

Sono tornata con mia figlia per qualche giorno di mare e come sempre ho trovato estrema gentilezza da parte di tutto il personale. L'hotel si presenta esternamente molto bene, le camere sono state rinnovate da poco, le lenzuola e teli in spugna sono di qualità; invece i bagni avrebbero bisogno di un restyling. I punti di forza sono sicuramente la posizione, il servizio parcheggio, dove il personale all'arrivo si occupa della vettura, la colazione veramente per tutti i gusti e la pulizia. Molto carina è anche la zona piscina con divanetti, lettini e circondata da piante e fiori. A presto.

The staff is very kind and the location is stunning. Unfortunately rooms are quite poors. We took a sea view room, it was on the 2nd floor. No privacy is guaranteed since we heard all the toilets flushing shower etc. Pillows are quite firm, we did not ask if they have others since we just stayed overnight. Breakfast is very messy but rich in products. Overpriced for the services
