Es la segunda vez que nos hemos hospedado aquí. se nota muy deteriorado, las piscinas sucias y no muy calientes ( las exteriores ), da asco el agua con suciedad, el restaurante pedimos dos capuchinos y un sandwich napolitano demoraron más de 20 min y el café vino frío, es una lástima ya que el lugar está bueno, alejado de todo el ruido y muy disfrutable, pero las habitaciones como las piscinas le faltan mucho mantenimiento, y por último el precio, es un disparate pagar 230 u$s por noche para dos adultos y un niño de 8 años. No volvería más.

Nos hospedamos tres familias este fin de semana para pasar el día del padre. Se nota que fue un hotel de mucha categoría lamentablemente necesita mucho mantenimiento está muy caído. Tiene una vista increíble a la represa el lugar es soñado y tenés el parque termal que es bellísimo a tu disposición free. Los baños tienen jacuzzi y loza radiante donde podés colgar tus batas para secarlas . Lamentable tuvimos problemas en los dos restaurantes en el principal había show y estaba colapsado tardaron una hora para traer la comida . Si bien estaba riquísima no podés tardar tanto muchas mesas sin atender , no pudimos pedir postre por la tardanza. En el restaurante de la piscina pedimos parrilla la moza nos comentó todo lo que traía y la pedimos.,no vino ni la mitad de lo prometido y la mercadería malísima. Las piscinas tanto interior como exterior están excelente y siempre te dan agua termal para tomar. Por las tardes había riquísimas tortas y café. En la noche te traen a la habitación bombones y el parque termal siempre muy bueno . Cómo verán hay críticas buenas y malas.

El entorno natural es muy bueno. Aunque el hotel necesita algunas reformas y modernizaciones en las instalaciones, es muy disfrutable. Tiene gran variedad de actividades, el personal en gral. es muy atento y competente, y en gral el servicio es acorde al precio. El punto bajo, es el desayuno, que aunque es variado, no ofrecían ninguna opción sin lactosa....increíble que en 2025 ocurra esto. Y cuando digo ninguna opción quiero decir ninguna...(sacando obviamente la fruta y cereales) todos los panificados y tortas contenían leche, las mezclas para omelette y panqueques también, quesos, leches y yogurth....nada deslactosado....y tampoco se ofrecieron a preparar algo en el momento o para los días siguientes....una pena

LLegamos 22hs. LLovía. Ninguna luz. Ninguna indicación. Transitamos en medio de la oscuridad tratando de hallar el hotel. Carteles en mal estado. camino destruído. Un disgusto. Miedo terrible. El restaurante dejaba mucho que desear. Postres mal preparados. El primer día nos cobraron los huevos revueltos del desayuno bajo el pretexto que había poca gente. Vajilla cachada. Los decks todos en mal estado. Impropio de 5 estrellas. Si bien el entorno es maravilloso no se puede vender la locación como de esa categoría.

Comida muy mala
El hotel está igual q hace 10 anios es aceptable. Lo único la comida no es buena. Recomiendo ir a las cabañas donde podes cocinarte
