LLegamos 22hs. LLovía. Ninguna luz. Ninguna indicación. Transitamos en medio de la oscuridad tratando de hallar el hotel. Carteles en mal estado. camino destruído. Un disgusto. Miedo terrible. El restaurante dejaba mucho que desear. Postres mal preparados. El primer día nos cobraron los huevos revueltos del desayuno bajo el pretexto que había poca gente. Vajilla cachada. Los decks todos en mal estado. Impropio de 5 estrellas. Si bien el entorno es maravilloso no se puede vender la locación como de esa categoría.

Es un lugar lindo para seguir yendo. Llama la atención que el mantenimiento del hotel ha decaído mucho: goteras desde las instalaciones electricas, falta de pintura en las piscinas, los jacuzzis sin funcionar, los horarios del spa sin respetar, etc.

Un hotel que fue en su tiempo hoy carece de mantenimiento la relación precio servicios es desmedida , Alquile una cabaña que es notorio su nulo mantenimiento, electrodomésticos vetustos y con falta de higiene cama con colchón tendiendo a un pozo, te cobran servicio de mucama a parte y pague USD 275 por noche , la naturaleza se vive a pleno sapito en water, zorrillo bajo cabaña , arañas en las puertas y para llegar a la cabaña entras con el vehículo a campo travieso. En el deck uno sillones con colchonetas bien sucias por estar a la intemperie. Las ventanas carece de mosquiteros por lo cual siempre cerrado y con aire. Las piscinas del parque acuático es el punto fuerte pero con muy bajo nivel de mantenimiento, falta de limpieza , duchas con rociadores ausentes y el chorro sale por el Niple de . El personal le pone ganas pero el hotel no ayuda la administración están inmunizados frente a las críticas te escuchan sin resolver nada en absoluto .En fin no lo recomiendo espero cambien de cabeza porque esto no ayuda al turismo Dejo fotos del estado del Water, interior microondas y horno eléctrico en cabaña mi sueño

Nos hospedamos dos parejas, en las cabañas del lago, lindo lugar para descansar y desconectar de la rutina, vista al río con medio tanque y leña, están bien equipadas y prácticas, el entorno hace aun mejor la estadía. Con respecto al Hotel, piscinas y Parque acuático, muy venido a menos sin mantenimiento piscinas descascaradas llenas de hojas que no son capaces ni de pasar el calderin una vez al día, de todas maneras las piscinas junto al hotel son las que mas se disfrutan. Almorzamos un día en el restaurante junto a la piscina verdaderamente un desastre la comida espantosa recomiendo no comer ahí. Para el precio que uno paga las instalaciones no están al nivel. El personal le pone ganas pero se nota el abandono. Puede llegar a mejorar con los años si le quieren sacar el máximo provecho al lugar, sino continuará siendo un Hotel en abandono.
