Deberían controlar que el acceso a la piscina gruta sea solo de huéspedes, ya que habían personas del pase día ocupando la gruta y se veía muy lleno, y los huéspedes no tenían ni donde poner sus cosas. Por lo demás todo bien. Una experiencia agradable

Nuestra estadía estuvo muy buena, el lugar es tranquilo; por lo tanto, se puede relajar adecuadamente. Por la zona, el clima estuvo muy confortable, pese a que no existió mucho sol, siempre se mantuvo con temperatura adecuada y no mucho calor. Las instalaciones son hermosas y de muy buena calidad. La alimentación es variada y deliciosa.

Acorde al marketing y al precio pagado se espera otro tipo de instalaciones comida, atención y servicio. Deben publicar realmente lo que son y no esa publicidad engañosa y falsa. Todo está completamente descuidado y destruido. En el área de niños no hay mesas, sillas sucias, piscina sucia, comida pésima, etc. No volvería ni recomendaría a nadie este lugar.

FALSE ADVERTISEMENT. I was checking the prices to go for the new year's eve and was about to buy. An hour later the DOUBLED the prices for the same nights. Avoid this place. Family also said the food is barely edible and it doesn't even have a good beach nearby.

Me gustó los programas que tienen de entretenimiento para día y noche, además de ofrecer almuerzo especial muy bien presentado y atractivo.
El aire acondicionado sonaba toda la noche. Parecía lloviendo. Pienso que es un tema de mantenimiento.
******* debería permitir reservar 2 habitaciones diferentes en la misma reserva para facilitarla. Me tocó hacer dos reservaciones diferentes.

Se crearon momentos muy felices junto a mi familia. En el ingreso nos encontramos con un dragón mecánico donde los niños pudieron explorar al moustro móvil. Después del traslado a las estancias acuáticas, tuvimos la fortuna de encontrar espacios limpios y la atención del personal impecable.
