No hay buen servicio , hace falta mucho para llegar a lo que se cobra $$ , en especial mi queja es por el spa , no hay un proceso correcto y claro para explicar los servicios del spa , si no quieres tomar un servicio te quieren obligar a tomar un paquete, si no lo deseas y no tienes reserva no te dan la información correcta , no son amables ni empaticos. Experiencia INMEMORABLE. Esto es un pequeño resumen, porque haría falta más servicios en general. Esperemos puedan mejorar ya que ha decaído muchísimo el servicio por la falta de supervisión.

My stay at this resort started off poorly due to a lack of proper guidance at check-in. Jefferson, the receptionist, failed to provide basic information such as buffet times, snack bar locations, or general amenities, which made our first day very frustrating. To add to that, we were unexpectedly charged a 15% fee despite showing tourist passports—this felt unfair, especially since I had already booked through ******* at standard rates.
The food overall was average. Buffet meals were served in large batches and often cold. The snack bar offerings were minimal—usually just two nuggets with fries or the occasional burger, pizza, or wings (again, just two per serving).
On a positive note, the main pool was beautiful, and the spa was truly the highlight of our stay. The service there was exceptional, and the massage area was relaxing and top-notch.

El paisaje es hermoso, todo muy limpio, la gente amable, un excelente servicio al cliente. Las actividades que ofrecen son divertidas y cuentan con la seguridad que requieren. Tienen la mejor vista para el atardecer. Fuimos en familia y mis hijos disfrutaron al máximo todo lo que ofrece el resort.

Deberían controlar que el acceso a la piscina gruta sea solo de huéspedes, ya que habían personas del pase día ocupando la gruta y se veía muy lleno, y los huéspedes no tenían ni donde poner sus cosas. Por lo demás todo bien. Una experiencia agradable

Nuestra estadía estuvo muy buena, el lugar es tranquilo; por lo tanto, se puede relajar adecuadamente. Por la zona, el clima estuvo muy confortable, pese a que no existió mucho sol, siempre se mantuvo con temperatura adecuada y no mucho calor. Las instalaciones son hermosas y de muy buena calidad. La alimentación es variada y deliciosa.
