Great apartment. Hardly any facilities in the kitchen. Pans don't fit on the stove, no kitchen knife, no glassware, no cutting board, to give a few examples. Nice base for Syracuse and the surrounding area. If you want to eat out, that's fine. Breakfast is sparse and Italian (lots of sweets). Swimming pool very nice, close to the beach.

Nice pool, but you have to be aware that other guests from outside can buy day tickets - so the pool is technically public, and this is what it looked like after a week: sunscreen/oil floating on the water, the pool edges were dirty and greasy and were not cleaned even after I politely pointed them out. Other guests were also unsuccessful in their requests. The apartment with a kitchenette had no amenities at all. At our request, we received a pot, a frying pan, two plates, two glasses, two sets of cutlery, and a spatula. The towels were changed daily (even when they were still clean), but unfortunately the floor was never mopped and was dirty. Some of the furniture was broken, as was the shower fixture. Breakfast was a disaster. After 9 a.m. there wasn't even any bread, let alone fresh bread. The chocolate muesli bowl was back on the buffet every day, even though the chocolate pieces had obviously melted and clumped together in the 37-degree heat. Only after a week was it swapped for a different muesli without chocolate. Weddings regularly take place without notice, meaning that hotel guests cannot use the pool in the evening or the restaurant. Some of the staff were very friendly and accommodating, but unfortunately not all of them. Conclusion: never again!

Siamo stati davvero bene! La struttura è bellissima, con tanto verde curato alla perfezione, camere pulitissime (ma proprio pulitissime), piscina super. Si respira relax ovunque. Il personale è sempre gentile, sorridente, accogliente… insomma, ci si sente subito a casa. Io personalmente ho avuto un problema con la camera da letto: c’erano solo tende bianche doppie che facevano filtrare un sacco di luce, e non riuscivo a dormire bene. Ma devo dire che si sono attivati subito, e il secondo giorno la governante si è data da fare ed è riuscita a sistemarmi la cosa. Davvero brava e disponibile! Si mangia molto bene: il pesce è fresco, la pizza ottima. L’unica cosa è che al ristorante potrebbero essere un po’ più attenti con le ordinazioni… ogni tanto c'è un po’ d’attesa o si dimenticano qualcosa, ma sempre con il sorriso, quindi alla fine glielo perdoni. Altro piccolo spunto: la sera sarebbe bello avere un po’ di musica, magari dal vivo o comunque qualche attività carina per gli ospiti. Perché durante e dopo la cena, a parte il ristorante, c’è poco o nulla da fare. Con un po’ di intrattenimento in più, sarebbe il top. Insomma, 4 stelle perché il posto è già di livello altissimo, ma c’è ancora spazio per migliorare e arrivare all’eccellenza. Noi ci torneremo volentieri e lo consigliamo davvero a tutti!

Abbiamo trascorso un weekend in questo posto incantevole, la struttura è molto bella,pulita e ben curata,dai giardini agli spazi comuni, la piscina grande e stupenda, le camere spaziose, luminose, dotate di tutti i confort e pulitissime, la nostra camera era al primo piano con vista sul laghetto, al tramonto il panorama è stupendo. Il personale molto gentile e cordiale, cibo altrettanto ottimo, soprattutto la pizza! Unica pecca secondo me...il lido non convenzionato..per le famiglie con bambini piccoli è un po' scomodo andare nella spiaggetta libera senza la comodità di un lettino o sdraio... nonostante il residence dia l'opportunità di noleggiare gli ombrelloni da portare in spiaggia. Per il resto tutto ottimo. Consigliatissimo... torneremo sicuramente.👍🏻

Super fijne accommodatie voor 1 of 2 nachten want ligt afgelegen. Hele fijne appartementen en prachtig zwembad. Voldoende bedjes en parasols. Restaurant was wel oké, had wel iets weg van een kantine op de camping. Bediening zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Ontbijt prima en avondeten redelijk. Appartementen zijn zeer comfortabel en schoon.

Soggiorno splendido in un residence accogliente e ben curato. Gli appartamenti sono spaziosi, puliti e dotati di tutto il necessario. Lo staff è sempre gentile, disponibile e pronto ad aiutare. La posizione è ottima: tranquilla ma comoda per raggiungere le principali attrazioni della zona. Ideale per chi cerca relax e comfort. Torneremo sicuramente!
