Mom and I had a wonderful stay at Spring Valley Inn! Clean, comfortable, and beautifully designed by Taliesin fellows. Friendly service, a hearty made-to-order breakfast, and they even lit the outdoor fire pit for us at night while we enjoyed snacks and drinks from the lobby. As a Frank Lloyd Wright fan, this was the best! Didn’t use the pool, but it’s huge and clean, with saunas and a fitness room. Highly recommend when visiting Taliesin or the House on the Rock.

A very nice experience if you are looking for unique architecture, or quiet location, on a trip with Frank Lloyd Wright / House on the Rock theme. A good hot breakfast was included with the room, but you might want to bring some snacks or food for dinner as it is a little distance from places to eat. Safe location, nice pool. Rooms are small but seem to be furnished with original Frank Lloyd Wright chairs, etc. Really cool and different. The outside firepit was a highlight and the staff was very nice.

My husband and I stayed here to tour Taliesin. The Frank Lloyd Wright decor, especially the bar area, was a nice complement to the tour. We talked to the owner a couple times and he is involved in the operation and fun to talk to. It is a well-run family owned and operated hotel. We will be back to go to an American Players Theatre play.

Another fantastic stay at our favorite hotel! Each year we visit Spring Green to immerse ourselves in wonderful theatre at APT. And each year we call the first Monday of March to make reservations at Spring Valley. Why? We are warmly welcomed and treated like good friends. The hotel is extremely well-maintained, clean, and inviting. The breakfast is delicious and unlimited. The pool and hot tub are unmatched! We will be returning next year for theatre and a great getaway at Spring Valley. Thanks for all you do for your guests! We appreciate you.

We had a great experience at the Spring Valley Inn. Went with another couple for a weekend getaway to go see a concert at Sh*tty Barn, visit House on the Rock, and take a tour of Taliesin. The hotel was close to it all! Lovely staff who were so helpful and kind made us really feel welcome. They provided suggestions for how to get a safe ride home from the concert and even where to buy a cheap bathing suit so we could utilize their pool! Room was clean and comfortable. While we didn't partake in the free hot breakfast, it looked great. Parking was easy, outdoor grounds were very nice including a fire pit and lots of places to sit. All in all, a great place to stay in Spring Green.

We chose Spring Valley Inn because of how close it was to Taliesin. The room wasn't fancy but really clean with everything one might need for the night. Our stay was on a Monday night so it was pretty calm. My wife enjoyed the indoor swimming pool and I enjoyed the hot tub. Our breakfast was made to order and was very good. The staff was super friendly and accommodating to special requests. I would not hesitate to stay again when we're back in the area.

I go to Spring Valley Inn for one night to see the APT and have been doing this for several years. I enjoy the morning breakfast while conversing with the first-class brothers and the camaraderie with the clients around a great bonfire while enjoying my usual bloody Mary. The room is clean and I understand the bathrooms will be remodeled for next year (walk in shower for us old-timers). If you are comparing this with Inter-Continental, this is not for you however I highly recommend it for the ambience and cleanliness.
