Vanaf minuut één voelden we ons thuis in deze gezellige B&B. Mooie kamers en fijn zwembad. Aardige, Nederlandse, eigenaar die je graag van tips voorziet. Op loopafstand zijn meerdere leuke eetgelegenheden te vinden. Hier geen toeristen, maar wel echte Spaanse sfeer. Vanuit de B&B is het centrum van Sevilla makkelijk bereikbaar. Kortom, een aanrader!

Ik ben samen met mijn vriendin 4 dagen bij Ruud geweest in Casa Arena en dit was echt fantastisch. Iedere morgen werden we verwend met een goed verzorgd ontbijt. De kamer was heel netjes en mooi ingericht. Sevilla is heel makkelijk bereikbaar met de bus en de bushalte is op ca. 10 minuten wandelafstand van de B&B. 's Middags als het te warm werd in de stad konden we lekker uitrusten aan het zwembad. We hebben het ook erg getroffen met het weer. 's Avonds op 10 minuten wandelafstand super leuke restaurants met heerlijke tapa's. Voor herhaling vatbaar. Bedankt Ruud voor de vele tips, je bent een fantastische gastheer en je hebt een mooie locatie.

Man fühlt sich sofort willkommen und wie zu Hause. Unser Zimmer war geräumig, das Bad modern und schön. Das Frühstück war variationsreich und frisch. Der Besitzer ist sehr hilfsbereit bei Tipps bezüglich Sevilla und überhaupt waren dort alle unaufdringlich und trotzdem sehr freundlich. Die machen dort wirklich alles richtig.

We had one night at Casa Arena during the Faria de Seville. The room was cozy and pleasent, breakfast was wonderful, good verary and high quality products. The atmosphere at the residance was calm and friendly. It provided a great relief of the city nd fair tension at the end of the day.

Lovely B&B, gorgeous breakfast everyday. Very close to central Seville, approx 15 mins on the bus. The bus stop is about a 5 minute walk from the B&B. Fantastic host, he was really helpful in answering questions when I had them. Highly recommend this bed and breakfast.

Cancelled our booking 8 weeks before we were due to fly out and stay, they stayed damage to their property hence needing to cancel our booking so they could stay there. Ruud the owner said we would get compensation due to them cancelling last minute, however when I tried to communicate further with them he blocked the chat. Wouldn’t recommend unless you want to be left without accommodation last minute at your own expense.

We hebben een heel fijne tijd gehad bij Ruud in Casa Arena. Gelegen op 10 min van het centrum van Sevilla. Heel makkelijk bereikbaar met de bus (op wandelafstand van de B&B. Iedere morgen werden we verwend met een smakelijk ontbijt. De kamer was heel netjes en mooi ingericht. Bedankt Ruud voor de vele tips, u bent een fantastische gastheer.
