The hotel is ok, but the people are amazing
We chose the hotel because of the waterpark and that was really fun.
The rooms were quite small for us as a family, but maybe we should have taken a bungalow. The rooms were though quite expensive for its low comfort. Food etc was ok. The hotel shows were great and the animations for adults (sport games) were so much fun too. We laughed so much..Mario, Francesco, Valerie etc were just awesome people. The hotel is not attached to any beach, which we usually like..but there was a waterpark. Public transportation was also very convenient from the hotel.

Decent hotel
Hotel was good and conveniently located. Water park opposite was amazing. Had pool view room so had lots of noise from the hotel until 11pm. Air con unit was poor. Wifi was poor. Sink blocked from first day but hotel fixed it straight away. Sheets not changed daily. Some new towels had stains.

C’était bien mais
Par où commencer, concernant l’hôtel pour ma part il ne vos absolument pas 4*, les chambre sont pas aussi belle que sur les photos, les murs cassés, salle de bain très petite,draps sale. l’hôtel est beau de l’extérieur et dans le hall mais c’est tout, les odeurs désagréables. Pour parler du buffet
, par contre très t’es bon avec du choix donc sur ça rien à dire.
Et pour le personnel, ont tient à remercier samantha,et d’autres personnes qu’on a pas pu prendre le prenom qui accueil toujours avec le sourire et qui essaye de parler avec nous malgré la barrière de la langue mais par contre un certain Pedro qui nous montre clairement qu’on est pas les bienvenus c’est dommage.
L’hôtel est bien pour une famille avec des enfants car il y a beaucoup d’activité (mini parc, piscine, toboggan géant, spectacle le soir et j’en passe) donc sympa mais je ne reviendrai pas

Très bon séjour
Nous avons été très bien accueilli, le personnel en est très agréable et souriant, quel plaisir !
Chambre propre et correcte, à part la douche vraiment petite. Le fameux waterparI est juste en face à pieds, génial pour les enfants. La piscine et les installations sont top. La partie repas également : nous avons bien mangé toute la semaine pour du all inclusive c’est plus que correct.

Superb hotel, can't believe its a 4 star as every aspect deserves higher, you were met every day with a smile and positivity from all the staff, so polite and helpful with any queries and it was genuine, every member of staff went above and beyond and on our arrival immediately felt relaxed and welcome, the food was beautiful, tasty and well presented and a good variety to cater for all, throughout the entire hotel was spotless and uber clean, every day our apartment was cleaned so that it was emacculate even with three children doing their bit to increase their workload , Entertainment was very good and kept children busy with activities, only negative thing we can say is the wasps but with food and drink in a warm sunny environment I suppose is to be expected, with that being said we will most definitely be returning as our youngest child sobbed as she really didn't want to leave which says it all really, Brilliant establishment for all

Considering it was end of season when we stayed (literally closing the day we departed), I cannot say I felt the quality or enthusiasm was any less. The food was delicious and so varied every day, although more maintenance to keep the flies away would be nice (maybe some dish covers?). The staff were so friendly and kind to my 6yo. The animation team were funny and just what you would want. The experience was marred by the overwhelming presence of wasps during the day which congregate around the bins. The bins themselves I really applaud for trying to be environmentally friendly, however they need staggering out and maintaining more often, as we were constantly fighting the wasps off around the pool/outside dining. The water park was fab, however be aware to bring beach shoes as the floor was really rough and painful to walk on. Overall, was really pleasantly surprised by the hotel and would love to return if they sort the wasp issue out!

The water park is great for kids it’s just across the road so you can have the best of both being able to go between the two. There is not much around the hotel a 10-15 min walk to the small beach or there is a free bus every hour. The showers in the bathroom is very small we were ok but if you are slightly larger you may have a problem getting in it, the beds are rock hard lots of people mentioned the beds when we were there so it wasn’t just our room. The hotel was spotless the rooms cleaned everyday if you wanted, the whole hotel was so clean and the standard never dropped even though it was the last week of the season. If you like a quiet evening don’t have a pool view room as they look out onto the entertainment so it’s loud till 11pm. There is a small gym which was nice with a cable machine, few weights, treadmill and bike.There is a massive wasp problem which was quite annoying during the day I really don’t know how the staff at the bar managed. The food was average typical all inclusive food, we always found something but Iv had better at other hotels, the ques were unnecessary people could have just queued for the bits the wanted it would have made it quicker. The animation team were absolutely amazing especially Havi my teenagers had a great time and joined in with all the games. All the staff were lovely and you could tell how much they all loved working there.
