We had a lovely holiday had 2 kids 6 &11 plenty of space around the pool and the fact you get access to little water park was amazing for a change of scenery, we are a very fussy family with food they had so much choice and as adults we found the food lovely, but we did struggle a little with the kids but they still ate even if it was something little. Staff were the same day and night all week they work so many hrs, it was a lovely clean hotel and staff were friendly and cleaners couldn’t do more for you. We had one issue that our bathroom started flooding through the floor so reported it they were straight in to fix it but we had to be moved while it was being done but this was no issue from the staff at reception and they could not be more apologetic. It’s no one fault these things happen. The pools are so clean and having 3 diffrent ones was great as the kids didn’t know where to go first. Evening entertainment was entertaining a couple not great but still something to watch and keep you entertained. We had an amazing holiday would definitely recommend this hotel has everything you need. We will definitely come back soon

Currently on our last day, had a lovely holiday with my soon to be 14 year old and 9 year old. Very much a family oriented hotel which is great for the kids. My eldest has definitely enjoyed the football pitch every night which is situated just behind the pool area/evening entertainment. The variety of pools are good, a larger one with gradual dept, a shallow one with slides (which they have both had fun in!) and then lastly a smaller pool with a deep end which they have enjoyed jumping in and playing volleyball/water polo/aqua gym etc. They allow inflatables too which I noticed from some other hotel reviews were not allowed. My kids love a rubber ring and a lilo so that was good for us. We were always able to get a lounger although people will reserve but we did too some days! The food has a good variety but we did feel it was a bit repetitive at times as they will serve the same thing at lunch and dinner. A snack bar would be good around the pool as all hotels we have been to before have this, rather than having to go sit down in the restaurant to eat lunch. The restaurant was a bit of a nightmare in terms of trying to navigate around the tables and a queueing system to get food. It is quite a small area for the amount of people in there at once. I have read some reviews whereby people are saying they had been turned away - not once were we declined a table. As quick as people leave, the tables are cleaned and the next people seated. AI drinks are ok, there are a good few to choose from but could do with having some more cocktails as again, hotels we have previously visited have a better selection. We found the evening entertainment ended a bit early at 10:30pm even though the bar closes at midnight. Once that time hits, the security guard is pretty hot on anyone making any amount of noise but then some hotel rooms overlook that area so I can understand why. There are bars and restaurants close though if you want to venture out and stay up a bit later. There are some really lovely coves around to go and explore and I also recommend going to sunset view to catch the sunset. It really was beautiful. We found our room quite small in comparison to places we have stayed before. We had a twin with an extra bed - beds weren’t the comfiest but definitely not the worst. Same with the pillows. AirCon felt like it was doing nothing when we arrived as it was boiling but we found a knack to keep that on all day whilst at the pool. Housekeeping does a great job and come daily. Also the animation team are brilliant with the kids - always something going on and getting them involved (adults too!) - all of the staff here work so hard although some seem a bit miserable but we (and others) only found that with a couple of girls on the bars. Overall we have had a lovely holiday, met some really nice people, and would recommend it to anyone coming here with kids - the pros definitely outweigh the cons.

We’ve just come back from 7 days at this hotel. Superb hotel. We were all inclusive and really enjoyed the food. There was variety and the quality was pretty good. Busy buzzy dining area. There was even a sushi night on Thursday ! Even though it was super busy we always found Sunloungers and enjoyed the pools when we wanted to. The rooms and hotel always clean and the staff were all really friendly and helpful. There’s a big water park over the road owned by the same hotel group and all inclusive guests also had free access. The on the door price is about 28euro for an adult so it was an absolute bargain. We went over there 3 times during our stay. The entertainment was fun. Aqua gym in the morning, things throughout the day and a variety of evening events. There’s a gym you can book for an hour, collect a key from reception. There’s a couple of interesting coves and diving places within walking distance of 10 to 30 minutes that are definitely worth exploring and the big town/city is a 30 minute bus ride away. Super easy to use. We’d definitely come back here again.

Half way through our holiday and we think this hotel is not a 4* hotel but it’s ok. Queues are excessive for the restaurant, food ok but not enough. Staff not eager to refill but to be fair there isn’t enough staff in there. So tables are left dirty. One gent is not enough to make all the fried eggs, omelettes, pancakes and churros for a hotel this size. Drinks are in small glasses and only half filled. There isn’t any water refill taps around the pool is it’s more queuing, Reception staff are nice but the rest amenable. Rooms are ok, maid comes daily. Clean and roomy. I’ve never been to a hotel where you have to put a cash deposit down for the pool towels, especially at a 4*. Hotel allows holiday makers to save sun beds all day without using them, although there are plenty of beds, there are no spaces for the extra beds and you’re stuck on the edges sticking out. Not experienced the entertainment as we’ve took to eating out for better service and more relaxing atmosphere,

Spent a lovely week at the hotel. We’ve come to Menorca for the last couple of years as it’s such a lovely island with a laid back vibe but it’s the first time we spent it at this resort. We normally stay in Cala en Bosc but thought we’d give this a go. I’ll start off with negatives: We stayed in the hotel main section and the rooms are tiny. We stayed in room 120 overlooking the activity pool on the first floor. We struggled to store all our belongings and space was an issue. As a family of 3 (child 8) you could only just about fit 2 of us on the balcony. The room was really dated and basic. The restaurant was also really small and the positioning of the plates behind a pillar whilst people were queuing was a bit of an issue every day. The AI was a bit off mark. Limited choice for kids drinks- other 4 star resorts we have been to have trumped for drinks and snacks. There’s no snack bar (kids can get soft serve ice cream from behind the bar) but if you wanted a snack; you had to go into the main restaurant at set times. You could pay for alternative drinks for the kids and upgraded cocktails which I did a couple of times and they were lovely. The area itself is ok. There’s lots of super markets, bars on the square with entertainment and there’s a couple of quirky coves but not so much a sandy beach if that’s your thing. Bingo after the kids mini disco every night was so repetitive and I honestly thought I would pass away of boredom. Now for the more positives: The rooms despite being basic were spotless. Cleaned every day and sheets and towels also changed every day. The bathroom was modernish but lacked the amenities that other 4 star hotels have. However, the staff worked really hard and were really pleasant The pool area was also spotless and even though there were a few sunbed snatchers in the morning, there were always plenty of sunbeds stacked up and you never struggled to get a bed. You can get pool towels for a 10 Euro deposit each which you get back at the end of your stay but we’ve never been to a 4 star where you pay to change them - it was only 1 euro but never experienced this before - suppose it’s part of sustainability. Although they did kindly change them when we had a really bad storm one evening. Animation team were good and lots of games, aqua aerobics etc in the activity pool, which we had great fun joining in. The aqua park across the road was included in the AI and you could also use your AI there, most things but not everything was included in the AI over there. We spent every day over there, even if it was just for an hour or 2. It was really lovely and you also get use of the sunbeds there. I would avoid going at 3pm as the park is half price entry to non Globales guests and can get busy with queues to get in at this time The food- We couldn’t fault the food, despite the restaurant being small, we managed to get a table and didn’t have to wait, the food was always hot which was a massive bonus as

We stayed as a family of 4 in the two bed apartments. The accommodation was clean but too small for 4 including 2 teenagers, there was limited storage particularly shelving for clothes. We hired the safe in the room for €48 for the week on check-in, a sign of things to come from all inclusive. Housekeeping staff were very good and attentive. The resort itself was very poor by all inclusive standards. With no snacks during the day for kids, unless you were prepared to pay for smoothies, slushies, crisps, nuts, ice cream and ice pops all of which the bar stocked but none of which are included in the ai, there was one scoop of mr whippy vanilla in a tub on the ai, to say it's ai when clearly it's not is wrong. I do not count hot dogs and burgers in the restaurant as snacks. Any other resorts we have stayed at offered, crisps or nachos more than one variety of ice cream and ice pops, toasties, cake etc in an accessible outside eating area during the day, and the fact that there are no self serve soft drink or water machines around the resort is madness. Staff are being paid to stand behind a bar to serve water and soft drinks with queues the norm, when people would be happy to help them selves at an "all inclusive" resort. We did not really drink alcohol but the options were very limited, 5 cocktails, 1 beer, 3 wines a sangria and local spirits. There was no additional drinks aside from soft for the kids. The food having read previous reviews can be hit or miss for families, unfortunately it was a miss for us, the dining room is too small for starters, the variety is lacking, I had meat and potato 4 out of 7 nights, gets a bit repetitive. The profesessional singer entertainers were good, I would agree with other travellers that bingo each evening is too 1970's. The resort caters well for under 5's but teenagers are forgotten. The astro is very heavily used but it is the size of a handkerchief, way too small. The games room has one pool table suitable for over 12's. There is a baby playground and wood hut that is never used and could be turned into a teen hangout, put to better use. Overall the least all inclusive we have ever stayed in, so sadly we would not return.

I have just returned from a 1 week stay at the hotel and just wanted to share feedback. We are a family of 6 and to start positive we were accommodated really well, staff were all friendly and helpful and always smiling and happy. Drinks were OK, but would be useful to have some self serve for the soft drinks as could get busy at times. The negatives: Firstly food....we have always picked all inclusive as our 4 children all have varying tastes, we REALLY struggled with food and ate out 3 out of the 7 nights due to this, really repetitive, like breakfast ingredients repurposed for lunch lunch repurposed for tea, very limited and overall extremely poor. One of my daughters got really overwhelmed due to the sheer business of the eating area which made her very teary. The space for the eating area and access to this is far too small for the amount of guests, it was regularly a fight to get to anything or a wait if you wanted something from the grill. Puddings was an absolute bust and most nights we ended up on fruit. Ice cream in tub was the only real treat for the children and even that was a long queue Rooms were basic but ok our 1 bedroom apt for 3 had quite limited storage space for suitcases and particularly for whoever was in the lounge area the wardrobe was small could use some draws in the bedroom rather than the cube light bedside table. Air con was incredible though and well used in our rooms, cleaned regularly but non of our bedding was changed during the 1 week (not sure if this is the norm) Nighttime entertainment was a massive bust with children aged between 10-14 understand the need for mini disco but bingo was an absolute mood killer EVERY NIGHT Generally we picked bed rather than staying around (one night evening entertainment was disney dancing for adults- really unimpressed) Lastly I think our overall opinion was the resort is just too small for the amount of guests- although we weren't queuing or waiting too long for anything, it did feel very claustrophobic because it was so busy, We went to another TUI resort in menorca last year which is why we rebooked menorca however it felt much bigger and less crowded which we personally preferred. However on the whole most of the guests seemed extremely happy with the resort and a few we spoke too were regular returners so maybe it just wasn't to our taste.

Currently still here for another two days but if you are thinking of booking do it. The room staff are amazing keep the place so clean. Food is lovely especially Mexican night. Plenty of sun beds so no sunbed wars people do put towels down between 6am-7am but you will always find a bed. One of the most relaxing holidays I have been on. If you venture into town you must go Jim’s bar every night amazing entertainment and the kids loved it.
