Our stay at Les Delfines, Menorca, was one of the most disappointing holidays we’ve experienced — especially as a family. First, the broken flooring in our apartment was dangerous. We reported it as soon as we arrived. Someone came to “fix” it, but the repair was sloppy and temporary. It remained broken the entire stay, and I slipped multiple times. Now staff are denying it was ever reported, which is completely false and shows a real lack of integrity and concern for guest safety. The food was another letdown. It was repetitive, bland, and often undercooked — with raw meat served several times. If you have a child with ADHD or sensory needs, beware: the nuggets are not proper ones, and most nights the only edible thing was chips. There was very little thought put into making meals appealing or suitable for children. The drinks were poor quality, with most served half-filled and extremely watered down. You could barely taste any alcohol in the all-inclusive options. And more than once, staff pretended the ice cream machine wasn’t working just because they didn’t want to serve it. Not what you expect from a paid-for package. Sunbeds were in high demand, but to be fair, there were usually plenty around if you looked — although people did reserve them early with towels. The night-time entertainment was trashy and low-effort — loud, cheap, and not enjoyable. If you’re hoping for family-friendly or relaxing evening shows, you’ll be disappointed. The apartment itself was outdated and not very clean, Between the lies, poor food, watered-down drinks, and unsafe conditions, I wouldn’t recommend Les Delfines to anyone. We won’t be returning.

Just back after 2 weeks first week weather was a bit cloudy and a thunderstorm not what you expect in July but no one can control the weather second week really hot, this is our 2 nd visit to this hotel rooms are spacious and clean we did have to move from the 3rd floor to the bottom floor due to a knee injury my husband had reception did this no problem which was amazing, The food I did struggle with and I seen kids stick their hands in the chips parents fault not the hotel one night we got pink meat so we ate out most days waterpark food is good but be prepared to. Queue, the hotel would benefit from people getting there own soft drinks this would keep queues down our second week we noticed a big difference it was much busier and queues for the bars were much longer pool bar usually only one on working Daniella was pretty abrupt on our second last day she asked as to show our wristbands never had this from anyone she could do with cheering up, Dani and the rest of the staff no issues they were all nice and knew what your drinks were these guys work long hours we always gave them tips as it was deserved I think management could do with putting more people on bar at busy times, my daughters 15 and I think this hotel would suit a family with young kids entertainment some nights were really good some was hit or miss but didn’t bother us too much we had a good holiday I wouldn’t go back just because of my daughters age but it is a nice hotel, the only issue I had was we couldn’t keep room on with a late night flight there’s signs in room plus it was stipulated when I booked that really annoyed me as I know others got to keep there’s I get hotels busy but we walked past the room at 4pm and no one was in it yet that was my only bug bear, our airport bus broke down on way to airport slight panic thinking we might miss flight but got there on time I would go back to the resort but I think all inclusive is not an option for us now .

Having read some of the reviews we were apprehensive. We shouldn’t have been. We had a great holiday. Hopefully the following will help families travelling out this summer…. When we got to menorca our tui transfer was really easy to find, the only downside was the length of the transfer it was too long with lots of stops/drop offs and at times felt like we were driving around in circles. We regretted not having bottled water with us for the transfer. When we got to the hotel, check in was easy and the reception team were great. Other reviews had already tipped us off to needing euros in cash to pay the local tax, plus the 48 euros for a safe (the 48 includes a 10 euro deposit which you get back at check out) plus 10 euros per person for a beach towel, again you get the towel costs back at check out providing you still have the towels! We checked in as the dining room was closing so had a quick bite to eat and went to bed. The beds were a downside to our stay, awful - two singles push’s together, super uncomfortable, whilst our teenage kids slept well we really struggled. The room was really hot as air con only works when the key card is in the room and you have one card only per room (quickly learnt popping a credit card in did the trick). Also worth noting aircon will only work if patio door is closed shut. Sounds like a negative review but there are many positives about this hotel, the team from reception, bars, restaurant, entertainment and cleaners were outstanding and work incredibly hard, location is good with a beautiful cove/beach 10 mins walk and plenty of shops and restaurants. The hotel food is fabulous, if you miss breakfast you can get a continental, if you miss lunch you can get burgers and snacks 330-530 and then dinner is served 6-930 no one goes hungry!! Ice creams available through the day and the water park is a lovely extra perk with some fab slides and food and drinks! Overall a great family break.

Lovely hotel very clean rooms nice food lots of choice . The only thing that let it down was the rudeness of some of the staff in the restaurant and behind the bar.

Went for 2 weeks June into July and had a great time. Hotel is spotless and staff all helpful and friendly. Stayed in a 1 bedroom apartment in Block A which was nice, great air conditioning and was cleaned every day and clean towels. Food we found very good, husband a very fussy eater and even he was able to find something each day. Drinks are ok, although a few more cocktails on the AI would have been better, the ones offered are ok but quite sweet. The waterpark is really good to pop over for a couple of hours as well and the snacks drinks included although you pay for some things. The area has plenty of restaurants we eat in the Indian and jimmy hills both of which were nice and reasonably priced. I would definitely return to this hotel.
