Cleanliness and Maintenance: Across all reviews, the hotel was consistently described as spotlessly clean, from rooms to communal areas such as the pools and dining spaces. Housekeeping was efficient and thorough.

Just arrived home and In my honest opinion this is NOT a family hotel We arrived at lunch time after travelling from 2am with our three boys aged 10,8, and 5 and as everyone would headed straight to the pool. There are two pools to this complex one smaller shallower one and a main one with a tinny pool off the side. After been at the smaller one for an hour or so we headed to the large pool to get all the jumping in ( you know normal child behaviour) We had been there all of 15 mins and the life guard who had already been to see us a few times to tell us off for jumping, then approached us aggressively and shouting at us in Spanish. We felt incredibly threatened and made an official complaint to the reception who seemed to know exactly who it was as they told us he was rude. Reception informed us that you can’t dive (we were not diving as we had read the signs) and they were sorry we had been spoken to that way. The next day we went to the beach as we were so disappointed and uncomfortable with the staff. We again tried the larger pool a few days later with our older boy who was biting at the bit to do all the normal stuff he has done on all his holidays, so I took him on the agreement of pencil jumps. Again within 10 jumps we were approached saying no and that we were allowed to do one or two jumps but we were not to encourage all the other children to jump in as that is not what they want at this hotel. Another compliant made to reception as the signs don’t mention anything about jumping! I understand no diving but no where does it state no jumping!! I mean the rules say don’t reserve sun beds but that happens and is most definitely not policed. To say the holiday was ruined for our children is an understatement. Reception did try to speak to the life guards for us but by this time we felt so uncomfortable round the pools it was hard to spend time there. The food, we arrived with a gluten intolerance and a diary and soya allergy and thank goodness I packed stuff for the diary allergy as that wasn’t catered for all. No cheese, yougurts for him no pizza alternative, no deserts apart from the same jelly every single night (which was tasteless) nothing, it’s so easily catered for! No food wasnt labelled up with what it contains ect.. deserts don’t even say what they are, would dread to think you had a serious allergy would be so scary. Overall for the “normal” food it was ok, very samey. In 9 nights we had one special night, otherwise it was just the same every night. As a few mentioned the dining hall is sole less but if you can get outside it’s ok! Again some very grumpy waiting staff, my little boy actually got shooed away like a cat when the Nutella had run out and he was trying to get some out. The evening entertaining was fine again not really to suit a younger family. In 9 nights we had all singers and some even sang the same songs. Everyone was sat in very regimented 2s by the pool and if the kids ran around you felt
