Abbiamo fatto un viaggio con un bambino di 9 anni. Posto meraviglioso e personale molto cortese ed attento a qualunque richiesta dalla reception, al ristorante, bar, animazione. L'unica pecca sarebbe la qualità del cibo pensato più per i turisti inglesi che sono una parte importante dei ospiti ma comunque si trova sempre qualcosa di buono nella varietà a disposizione.

Just arrived back from a week at MarSenses. We booked with easyJet holidays so seemed to have avoided the excessive price of TUI and Jet2. Positives are - Great location for the harbour and the beach - lovely animation team especially Mona who our children adored. - clean and spacious one bed apartment. We seemed to be in a quieter area with a slight harbour view. - our children loved the bigger slides and the pool party day. - hired a car and travelled around the island. We used Nuracar opposite the hotel. We also hired the bikes for an hour and cycled to the lighthouse for a drink. Could be better - food. The snack bar was the same food daily with allergens not labelled. Our child has a sesame allergy and the hot dogs were constantly on the same platter as the burgers. - the queue to get into the restaurant and the queue for food. This could be easily sorted if they opened a second section. There’s enough room. Eating in there did feel like eating in a school canteen. Again, allergens were not always consistently and clearly labelled. The ice cream area was always messy and this was disappointing as our other child has a nut allergy and spoons were being used for hazelnuts and sprinkles. - no idea what type of food was going to be served in the restaurant earlier until you were in the queue. Overall, we did enjoy our stay at MarSenses however the food was disappointing for the price. Thank you to the animation team for making our children’s stay so memorable.

We have just returned from a week at the MarSenses Paradise Club Hotel. Overall it was a lovely week in a hotel that is suited to families with young children (under 7ish in our opinion). During the week the main things we noticed were:- - Excellent air con! I was so worried about the air con after previous reviews. I took hand held fans just incase but at times we turned the air con off because it got so cold in the room. - Stained bath - looks like mould around the seal plus a funny yellow stain that is in a zig zag shape along the whole bath. - Cracked tiles around shower. Lots of hair in shower drain. - Excellent pool facilities. Slides for toddlers and slightly older children with ankle high depth. Pools without slides for those who preferred this. The pools were so busy! Pool tiles were dirty - needs a good clean and re-grouting! Lots of missing tiles too. - Restaurant was appalling! Queues were ridiculous for a small selection of food. Pizza and chips available at lunch and tea for children. The restaurant is far too small for the size of the hotel. Queues to get into the restaurant and then you have to queue again for food. We spent 45 minutes queueing for food one night (most nights we queued 20-30 mins). - Small park onsite but the wood was rotten in areas and the slide was filthy! - Children’s entertainment was poor in comparison to other 4 star hotels! 1 young girl left to organise the activities by herself. She spent most of the time running around playing with 2/3 children so it was wild in each session! - Rooms are really big. Lovely kitchen area & plenty of room. Best part of the hotel. The sofa bed squeaked so loud every time anyone moved. It kept us awake most nights it was so bad! - Main lady on reception & the manager were lovely. So helpful when my son fell.

I complimenti a tutto lo staff (dalle donne delle pulizie, ai manutentori e a tutta la macchina organizzativa dell'hotel e del ristorante) che con il loro lavoro permettono a noi di vivere un'esperienza stupenda. Currently staying here, very disappointed, came after having a lovely holiday last year at Marsenses Ferrera Blanca in Cala D'or which is a much better resort than this one and wasn't quite as expensive. Ques to get in at mealtimes, then que up again to get your food, we counted 35 people at lunchtime queuing up. Had to put numerous plates back due to them being dirty! Food not the best, (one day a fish was named chicken thighs with red mould!) 🤷🏻♀️🤯 The snack bar food is not great, burnt fries, cold toasties. Drinks on the all inclusive very poor, flat fanta lemon, flat coke which doesn't taste like branded coca cola although being advertised as it. Sun longers don't get cleaned down so they are quite grubby. I think it is more 3 star standards and the hotel management need to take a look at Marsenses Ferrera as it is a lot cleaner, gorgeous pizzas on the snackbar and no ques for the restaurant. Evening entertainment ok but not the same feel when your sat inside with lots of big pillars blocking the view of the stage unless your right on the front row. Two good points are the main pool is 👍🏻 and a good size although very cold and the location is very near to lots of lovely restaurants. Very disappointed and for £5600 for a week for a family of 4 it is just not good enough and we definitely won't return! :(

Quite good hotel for ; Welcoming staff room renovated clean Gardens swimming pools especially slides for kids location near a few shops and beach Some disapointment especially for queues at restaurant At entrance and for buffet YOU SHOULD TO ORGANIZE A DIFFERENT WAY TO FELL MORE CONFORTABLE snacks very limited As well good holidays here!

It's a nice hotel and the entertainment staff are lovely as are reception and the cleaners. We had to queue up to 40 minutes to eat on numerous occasions but after complaining and speaking to the manager things did improve for the last couple of days. Food is OK but not as good as Zafiro (Cala n'bosch) - lots of variety through the week but waiting staff seem over-worked. Pools are heated and children loved the slides. Rooms are clean but again had to complain about some common areas not being cleaned e.g. lots of bees near pools because of this
