Les points positifs: L'emplacement, port animé et toute commodités au pied de l'hôtel. la piscine Les logements, même si un peu vétustes. Le personnel. le gros point négatif est, la demi pension. Même si le petit déjeuner est correct, ce n'est pas le cas du dîner, relativement médiocre, voir pas bon du tout, en comparaison à beaucoup d'autres hôtels moins cher aux Baléares.

Je mets 5 car je ne comprends pas certains avis c'est quand meme un hotel tres correct tres bien placé collé au port belle plage à 10 min a pied. Notre chambre etait propre et confortable c'est vrai legerement humide à l'image du climat la semaine où nous y etions suffit de faire tourner un peu la clim pour assecher l'air tres rapidement.Bon buffet c'est vrai pas enormement de choix mais ca suffit largement. J'ai lu des avis sur la personne qui surveille la piscine en fait il fait juste son travail a faire respecter certaines regles de civilité de base. Reception petite et une seule personne presente s'il y a beaucoup de check in en meme temps ca peut etre long. Point negatif aussi aucun abris ou store sur les terrasses des chambres donc s'il pleut oubliez de vous poser dehors devant la chambre et donc pas d'ombre si vous etes orientés face soleil. Emplacement ideal pour visiter plutot la partie ouest de l'île.

We stayed here at Alua Sun for a week 21st August 2025 in a 2 bed apartment self catering. I was a little worried with some reviews but no need it is a 3 star accommodation and I think that is fairly rated. The apartment was clean and basic. Good kitchen equipment. Kettle toaster microwave 2 cooking rings. Yes it could do with updating but the befs were really comfortable, the maid came in every day. If you want your towels changed pop them in the bath if you want clean bedding leave the card provided o the bed. They do say they will NOT touch your personal stuff so if it's left all over the bed and floor they can't clean it. No sign of ants or cockroaches but we cleaned up after ourselves. If you drop cubs and food on the floor and leave it you will get them. Staff were all lovely and helpful. Location is amazing right on the harbour with beach and water park 5 minutes away. We would definitely go back there.

Alloggi semplici e confortevoli, colazione e cena a buffet soddisfacenti, due piscine aperte dalle 11 alle 19, incluso nel soggiorno entrata al parco divertimento acquarok, reception h24 ogni sera intrattenimento per grandi e piccini, cambio asciugamani giornaliero. Se dovessi tornare a Minorca tornerei qui molto probabilmente.

La habitación no la dieron a las 4 de la tarde pero el día de salida no teníamos ni luz ni agua la comida fritura todas las noches y se tenía que dejar la habitación a las 11 de la mañana cuando para entrar entremos a las 4 de la tarde no lo recomiendo

Ignore the negative reviews of this hotel. We had a great experience. Clean, friendly, and very well located in the town. Pool area very nice. Short walk to the waterpark, which was included in our stay, as well as beach nearby. Day and night entertainment very good. The entertainment staff, Victor, Amanda and Zoe, are brilliant! They made this holiday something to remember! Definitely visit again!
