Muy agradable limpio y acogedor hotel lo recomiendo y si tenemos ocasión repetiremos

The hospitality we received from Mary, our hostess. After checking in on Thursday, February 13th at 12 noon, we were in the city, and at 5 pm, we received a call from Mary telling us we had to leave due to a power outage that would last all weekend. What? Mary wasn't able to be at the hotel when we left to give us an explanation directly. She told us we'd have to find our own way and that they would try to give us some addresses of other hotels so we could call and make the arrangements ourselves. We ended up on the street without a hotel. We finally found a hotel on our own and later received a WhatsApp message directing us to hotels through Booking. Afterward, since a national sporting event was being held, we were able to meet up with other friends who had made a reservation at this hotel, who told us they'd been staying there since Friday the 14th without any problems. Amazing. I called Mary to get some kind of explanation and the response was that they acted according to the circumstances of the moment and that's all...NO SERIOUSNESS MARY, we're at an age where we should be doing these things and ignoring the reality of why you wanted to get your room back without us.

SUPER LINDO...Lo recomiendo!!!! Me ha gustado mucho el hotel,no tenia ganas de irme..buen servicio y amabilidad...volveria a repetir en este lugar..Super agradable...estoy maravillada.Un trato especial de parte de la chica que se encarga...En fin...las 5 estrelllas son pocas cuando estas muy bien atendido y alojado..

Personne a l accueil de l hôtel et aucune communication préalable sur la manière de récupérer les clés. Ce n’est pas normal pour un hôtel.
