Good hotel but cleanliness needs to be improved
We spent a total of three nights here. The room was clean but unfortunately the adjacent shower was not properly cleaned upon arrival, with black molt in multiple places. The shower was cleaned the next day but unfortunately a large portion of the black molt remained as it was already deep in and under the silicone. The hotel said that they were planning to remove it as soon as possible but frankly this is not acceptable. I hope they will do so before the next guests will arrive. Besides this the hotel was very nice and very close to the heart of Ciutadella. However, because of the cleanliness it was not worth the money we spent and I think there are plenty other hotels to choose from.

Hotel à recommander
Première nuit dans une toute petite chambre au Rez de chaussée mais bien décorée, et deuxième nuit dans un appartement au premier étage avec terrasse très agréable . Il faut se garer un peu plus loin sur des places de parking payantes sauf à partir de 20h . La propreté est irréprochable et la literie trés correcte . C’est notre meilleure étape !

L’anno scorso sono stata per la prima volta a Minorca e ho soggiornato in questo hotel trovato per caso su Booking. Non avrei potuto fare scelta migliore. Posizione in pieno centro, ottima. (C’è anche un parcheggio comodo vicino) Hotel piccolo e curato in ogni dettaglio. Per chi lo desidera offrono anche servizio di colazione. (Per me non necessario data la posizione centrica vicinissima a tutti i bar e locali del centro) . Quest’anno sono ritornata a Minorca e non ho avuto dubbi su dove prenotare. Ho avuto due camere diverse nei due soggiorni (quest’anno la superior era già occupata e ho avuto una standard) e devo dire entrambe bellissime. Per chi può, ovviamente le superior sono magnifiche. La differenza di prezzo non è enorme, perciò le consiglio. L’hotel ha una terrazza panoramica e una piccola area comune dove si può utilizzare macchina del caffè, bollitore microonde ecc.. . La cosa sicuramente che porto più nel cuore è la gentilezza dello staff. Le ragazze alla reception sono speciali. Sempre pronte ad esaudire ogni vostra richiesta. Estuvo super bien nuestra estadia. Somos una familia de 4 y reservamos el apartamento. Tenia cocina e incluso lavadora que nos ayudó mucho. Estuvimos muy bien! Muy bien ubicado tambien, entre el puerto y la zona mas comercial pero cerca a los lugares de parking.

Annulation de ma réservation faite il y a 3 mois une semaine avant d’arriver alors que ma carte bancaire est valide et que je n’ai rien annulé !! Aucun motif Désormais il faut réserver 2 nuits et non pas une nuit On se retrouve à la rue avec mon mari et ma fille sans explication. Le service est injoignable et ne répond pas à mes messages C’est une honte !!
