Whilst travelling to the South of France we booked this hotel online a few days before. Having looked at the website it looked like a little oasis on the outskirts of Paris. When we arrived we were slightly taken aback (see photo) BUT once you step inside the main door, you will be absolutely stunned. It is a gorgeous hotel and even though it was close to the road, there was no noise whatsoever. A welcoming person on reception who was extremely friendly. We were given our room (42) which was a family room. On entering you had a kitchen table to your right, double bed and at the far end the kitchen area and bathroom (with a shower). To the left were stairs leading to two single beds. We paid £71 for the four of us and we loved it so much we booked it at the end of our holiday for another night in Paris. LePlace is the nearest tube and took us no more than 12 minutes to get to Notre Dame. The rooms were exceptionally clean and the bathroom was well stocked. I would definitely recommend this hotel. Having looked at the cost of other hotels, some over £300, this was an absolute find.

Studio très propre même si meublé dans un style un peu vieillot. Très bien situé et d'un très bon rapport qualité/prix. Accueil irréprochable : le personnel est très arrangeant. A conseiller vivement !

2 nuits passées à la résidence. Accueillant, propre, des draps de bonne qualité. Mais côté avenue très bruyant, fenêtres mal isolées (courant d'air). Manque d'un tapis au sol, carrelage froid. cuisine équipée et très propre

En déplacement à Paris , idéal en terme d' emplacement .Tout est là pour nous assurez une halte pratique et agréable . La cours intérieure est un plus .Parfait ! Je n'ai croisé personne , donc rien à dire sur l'accueil , mais je recommande garde l'adresse pour une prochaine fois .

Bel emplacement à proximité des arrêts de bus et de métro. L'accueil était chaleureux ,le personnel est bon et professionnel. J'y reviendrai certainement lors de mon prochain séjour. Je le recommande.

Un endroit calme avec des gens très aimables proche de la maison des examens ! Seul défaut les parois sont assez fines et on entend beaucoup les voisins mais pour une nuit fait largement l’affaire ! Je conseil

L'hôtel est situé au calme malgré le boulevard car les chambres donnent sur la cours intérieure Les chambres sont propres même si elle m'a que de lumière. Il y a un coin kitchenette. Pour le prix on ne peut pas fair mieux Je recommande car c'est dimple et efficace
