Um hotel muito agradável e acolhedor, com um restaurante muito bom. A piscina interior,jacuzzi e sauna foram a maneira melhor para relaxar,visto cá fora estar sempre a chover Foi pena não ter conseguido usufruir da parte exterior do hotel.

Tanto o quarto como o pequeno almoço eram bastante bons! No entanto, na zona do spa a sauna apenas atingia 75º e o banho turco não estava a funcionar. Uma sugestão seria adicionar um botão para ser mais fácil pedir ajuda caso algo não esteja a funcionar.

El hotel está genial y el personal del hotel es súper amable del primero al último. Nosotros reservamos una habitación normal y tuvieron la deferencia de hacernos un upgrade, con vistas al río. Ahora bien si la idea es ir a relajarse, el fin de semana no es la mejor opción ya que el spa está demasiado lleno, al menos los sábado por la tarde. El restaurante del hotel, previa reserva, la espera es demasiado larga. Creo que esto debe ser mejorable. Esperamos mucho para que nos tomaran nota, y luego en cada plato. Bien es cierto que luego para compensarlo nos invitaron a una copa.

Adorei todos os aspetos do hotel. Staff muito simpático e disponível, spa muito agradável, quartos confortáveis e no meu caso com uma vista lindíssima para o rio vez, pequeno almoço muito bom e variado. Numa próxima ida irei experimentar o restaurante, acho que é o único aspeto sobre o qual não posso opinar
