Foi quase tudo do nosso agrado. Funcionários muito simpáticos e atenciosos. Jantar e pequeno almoço bem servido e bom ambiente. O unico senão foi a agua da piscina estar muito fria, o que foi um ponto bastante negativo para nós, uma vez que era um ponto de interesse nesta visita de inverno.

A água da piscina poderia estar mais quente. O jacuzzi necessita de manutenção, pois tem os plásticos envolventes partidos o q coloca em insegurança os utentes. Staff super atencioso. Climatizaçao do espaço muito bom! A envolvencia é muito romântica.

The hotel is in a great location in the centre of Arcos de Valdevez, right next to the river and one of the main bridges. It's a very quiet place and at night the only thing you hear is the river flowing and the birds chirping. The architecture has an antique but luxurious feel to it, the rooms are cozy, clean and well kept, and the spa equipment is very nice and in good shape. All the staff is extremely friendly and attentive (we even got a free upgrade to a room with riverside view), and the breakfast is quite good. Overall we had a very pleasant time and would recommend the Ribeira Collection Hotel in Arcos de Valdevez to any couple that's looking for a getaway in a peaceful setting.

Dar os parabéns a toda equipa(funcionários) principalmente ao pessoal do restaurante. Faz-nos sentir em casa. Hotel bonito,com espaços bonitos,Spa funcional. Corredores com um Cheirinho agradável. Quartos com vistas magníficas. Camas confortáveis.

Staff muito educado, prestável e simpático. Fizeram um upgrade do quarto e adoramos o nosso quarto com banheira e vista rio - muito limpo, confortável e com excelentes condições. Pequeno-almoço fresco e muito variado, com frequente reposição por parte dos funcionários. Excelente localização, com fácil acesso a pé a ótimos restaurantes locais, sobre os quais o staff também nos deu recomendações. A zona do spa é agradável, mas a temperatura da piscina podia ser mais quente (nem conseguimos entrar) e as cadeiras mais confortáveis. Apesar disso, foi uma excelente estadia!

Hotel agradável, boa localização, bom pequeno almoço. Quarto pequeno, mas confortável. Almofadas podiam ser melhores. Tiveram a amabilidade de nos deixar utilizar o spa após o check-out, mas deveriam melhorar os balneários, incluindo produtos de higiene no banho, mais luz, cacifos e um local com bancos e cabides para vestir. Água da piscina um pouco fria.
