De ligging van het hotel is prachtig qua uitzicht en de ontvangst was vriendelijk. Helaas moesten we ons verblijf onverwacht afbreken. In de avond ontstond er ook nog een lekkage in de airco van de kamer van onze kinderen, wat tot onrust en bezorgdheid leidde. De reactie van het hotel op dat moment was erg lauw (“we kijken morgen wel”), terwijl het probleem reëel was. Ook achteraf voelden we weinig empathie of erkenning voor wat er gebeurde. Uiteindelijk ontvingen we een voucher, maar het proces daarna verliep traag en formeel. We hadden meer betrokkenheid en oprechte gastvrijheid verwacht. Daarom helaas geen fijne ervaring voor ons.

Ringe mad og kaffe Hyggeligt lille hotel. Men deres morgenmad, er af så ringe kvalitet at det næsten ikke er værd at spise, her burde de virkelig stramme sig an, også er det den dårligste kaffe jeg til dato har fået på et hotel i Italien

Olimme miehen kanssa yhden yön ja hotelli oli todella ihana. Saimme vielä "paremman" huoneen minkä olin varannut. Aivan mahtavat näköalat Gardajärvelle ja vuoristoon. Henkilökunta oli todella ystävällistä. Suosittelen ehdottomasti.

Inaspettata visita. Vista perfetta. Ottima colazione. Camera grande e spaziosa. Bagno ottimo. La stanza era un pochino fredda e impersonale e stonava con il piacevole ambiente dell hotel. Gentilissimi. Parcheggiogratis.. ci ritornerò.... spero.
